Boy do we love this spot! This was our fifth year at this site and it really allows for an enjoyable Pismo experience - we can walk to the beach easily and turn around and head downtown to the pier or a nice dinner! Thank you!

This is our second time staying here. This is a beautifully spacious property! Walking distance to beach and downtown Pismo/pier. Our teenagers love the garage space! We will no doubt stay here again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo it was perfect for a little weekend getaway, with my Hubby, sister and our close friends.it had everything we needed walking distance from everything I will definitely rent this again!

Sun drenched, estuary front, ocean waves view, short walk to the ocean and pier! Steep stairs to the main level, so must manage those. Ran out of milk, steps to 7/11 store. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Sufficient for our needs, but the stairs are hard for older folks.

We had two sets of grandparents, so the stairs are very challenging for those with limited mobility.

Great place for a family getaway!

We very much enjoyed staying here for our family getaway. A great location less than 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance from all restaurants, shops and pier. A short drive to the dunes as well. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing. The condo was clean and well stocked with all the essentials you might need from laundry detergent, dish washing soap, spices, etc. . The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we loved the fireplace at night. Plenty of room for the five of us! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful memories

This property was wonderfully located, thoughtfully provisioned with everything we needed for family fun. The living space was large and made everyone comfortable to be together. The dining area was great for family dinner and board games nights. The kitchen was easy and convenient to use. Thanks for the memories.

Right on the beach

The house was amazing! Tucked right near the water, can smell the salty ocean air. In the heart of pismo but not too loud. Parking was challenging but not impossible. Lots of toys and beach gear. Even had a baby gate and a pack and play for my lil toddler. Will book again!

Beach condo

Easy rental process, great beach access & quick walk to shops, pier & restaurants. Neighborhood is a bit run down and can be quite noisy late at night/ early morning. The unit carpet is filthy and stained - needs to be replaced. There is no storage for anything in the kitchen cupboards (packaged/canned food etc) which is problematic if you plan to cook in. There is also no storage in the master bedroom, so you live out of your suitcase. One downstairs bedroom was missing a screen on the window and the ceiling fan only turned on to low. Lots of cobwebs on the patio.

Privacy is Questionable

On day 2 of our vacation (we stayed 5), a man & woman entered the property (with a key), identified themselves as maintenance. My son-in-law was startled by this. But instead of realizing that the rental was occupied, they entered and went into the downstairs bathroom, then tried to go upstairs, but my son-in-law stopped them because my daughter was in the shower! I was glad the management responded quickly to my messaging, but still found this to be disturbing. What if my daughter was alone when she was showering?!But, we did enjoyed the property. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and spacious. My only other warning is that the main gathering area is up a steep flight of stairs.

Disaster

We rented out this condo in Pismo Beach to attend my niece’s wedding. My oldest son and daughter in law joined us. When we arrived at the condo there was an overwhelming stench of weed and urine throughout the condo. There were stains in the carpet and the downstairs area was completely unusable. We opened up the entire house and I called Rhonda. She apologized and said that she knew there was a problem and that she had been at the condo earlier. I told her I was very concerned because my daughter in law was pregnant. She said she would look for another place for us but called us back shortly and said there was nothing else available. She offered to come over and fog the place to help with the smell. We left the residence so they could come do that. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. Rhonda repeatedly said that she would discount our stay because of the smell. Because it was so bad, we didn’t spend any time there except to sleep. When we got home, we had to wash all of our clothes because they reeked of smoke so badly. I waited for Rhonda to contact me to let me know what she was going to do in regards to a refund. I called her today and left a message. She called me back right away. She said she would refund one night (1/2 our stay) and send me an invoice by the end of the week to show the amount. She also explained everything they had to do to the house to make it habitable for future renters. They had to wash down the walls with vinegar and water, replace the carpet in the downstairs room and thoroughly clean all the carpets, etc. I got my invoice from her tonight and she is returning the amount she received from VRBO. Even though our stay was ruined by really inconsiderate renters, Rhonda did everything she could to make it right. I appreciate that.

Great Pismo Beach Rental

Great location central to Pismo. Nice common space upstairs and view of the lagoon/beach. It was a bonus that there were beach chairs and body boards in the garage. Rhonda (property manager) was super easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location but the house needs some work

The location was within walking distance of the beach but the house needs to be updated. The hideabed cannot be used and needs to be replaced, so don't plan on using it. The living room had a strong cigarette smoke smell but we found a candle that removes smoke smells from a local smoke shop and that helped a lot. The house is usable but does need a little more love from the owners. Closet doors are barely attached, the carpet has seen better days and some general work could be done. The management company was communicative and understanding and helped us out.

Best Pismo property thus far!

Beautiful home with well-supplied kitchen. Comfy beds and holy cow that is a lot of towels. LOL Large living space. Lots of windows, viewing to the lagoon and the hundreds of people walking by. Quick walk across the bridge to the 7-11 for forgotten supplies or beer. Easy walk to the beach and a bit longer walk to the pier, shops, and bars. This was a very busy weekend, as the temps inland were in the 90s/100s, so a lot of people escaping the heat in Pismo's signature 60s/70s. Be willing to keep your car parked, as if you move it, you will lose your space. My ONLY problem was street parking on a weekend. Not worth giving up a star... the home makes up for it. I think this is the 4th or 5th Pismo rental in 15 years. This is the runaway winner! Warning: The main living space and master bedroom is upstairs. Stair climbing will be the norm. We look forward to coming here again.

Weekend Fun

This condo was perfect for us. We (family girls trip of 5) had a wonderful time. Rhonda was so accommidating. The view is beautiful. Location couldnt be more perfect for walking to downtown n the beach. We didnt realize the stuff that was provided for us in the garage. The downstairs beds are a little firm but really no complaints. The patio was really nice except the umbrella was broken so it was hot during the morning hours. We felt very safe walking around. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing time. I will recommend this place to all my family n friends.

Nice, well-located condo

Located just a few blocks from the heart of Pismo, this condo was perfect for our weekend stay. The condo was clean and well stocked however the carpets were stained in many locations (this is why I gave it a 4 star). The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The condo is a block from the beach which was perfect.

Family Vacation in Pismo

Our family of three (including our 18-month-old daughter), had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and comfortable home in Pismo Beach. The location is great and is a very short walk to the beach and pier, as well as many restaurants and stores. We loved the ability to take our daughter in her stroller or to the beach without having to drive and park. We really appreciated that the home has several high quality beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for our use. We made use of the full kitchen and dining room throughout our stay. They even had a baby gate that we were able to use to safeguard the staircase from our very active and adventurous daughter. All in all, we had a great stay and would stay here again in the future.
