Treehouse on Guadalupe River Riverfront Cabin

**As most of you know we had a catastrophic flood on July 4th this year. We are devastated at the loss of friends and their homes and those w/ extensive flood damage. Our much loved cabin did survive though, but the bottom level closest to the river level did sustain some damage. Good News, the cabin is fully repaired and we can in fact comfortably accommodate guests. The riverfront is still growing grass back and we lost most of the riverfront amenities. The riverfront has been cleaned up and the river is open for water activities. Fall has come to Kerrville/Fredericksburg and is here with everything y'all love about the Hill Country, low temperatures, cool night breezes around riverfront campfires.
Private and secluded waterfront cabin on Flat Rock Lake (Guadalupe River)w/ gated entry for security. Built just after WWII features sunshine views through jalousie windows. Private deck and private river access. Fishing and swimming with 200’ of Guadalupe River frontage and large Pecan Trees for shade. Kiva fireplace on the river w/ a cowboy grill on request. Kayaking, SUP, and canoeing rentals w/ pick up and delivery available. Mooring/dock is available for motorized watercraft. Starlink Internet and streaming TV available. Its breezy and cool on the large deck overlooking the river. Three mile drive to downtown Kerrville and an easy drive to nearby Fredericksburg, Bandera and Hill Country attractions. Coffee Maker and small convection oven available. Children over 12 years accepted. No Pets. Not ADA accessible.
