La primera vista al entrar en esta villa es la impresionante vista al otro lado de la piscina en Stavros mar y la montaña, famoso por la película de 1964 nominada al Oscar "Zorbas el Griego", con Anthony Quinn. Nuestra villa es la casa en la que Anthony Quinn (Alexis Zorbas) vivió en y la playa en frente de la villa es la playa donde bailó el famoso "syrtaki".
La villa cuenta con una piscina de borde infinito y una terraza para tomar el sol con lujosas tumbonas y sombrillas de alta calidad. A veces, especialmente en la noche es muy difícil distinguir el agua de la piscina de agua de mar ... La zona de estar al aire libre, completa con horno de pizza, asador, bar y sala de estar, ofrece a sus huéspedes un amplio espacio para disfrutar de la vida al aire libre en su propia mejor, tanto de día como de noche, con iluminación glamorosa iluminando las terrazas vez conjuntos de noche. Rodeado por un exuberante jardín mediterráneo y terrazas empedradas, sus puertas le llevará directamente en las límpidas aguas translúcidas de mar de Stavro ... a menos que, por supuesto, se prefiere la piscina de borde infinito y su zona de hidromasaje!
El patio, lleno de plantas trepadoras y geranios es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de desayunos y almuerzos en la terraza a la sombra donde las brisas enérgicas de la isla de la zona fría.
Un lugar ideal para nuestros pequeños también donde se puede disfrutar en el parque infantil y la cancha de baloncesto.
Cada año intentamos mejorar su estadía y estamos actualizando nuestras instalaciones.
Añadimos una silla columpio de lujo con soporte y una silla enorme muy cómoda ... Es difícil describirlo, es mejor sentarse en él.
También proporcionamos una mesa de ping pong profesional y una nueva mesa de fútbol con varillas de acero telescópicas y rodamientos de bolas de acero.
Retroceda en el tiempo y pase unas vacaciones idílicas en Creta viviendo en una casa de pueblo bellamente restaurada en la histórica isla de Creta.

Wow!

The villa was incredible! This place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is ideally located, and a great place for a base as you explore Chania and beyond. The host was fantastic and very helpful throughout our stay. We will be back sometime.

Excellent house and area on the Stavros beach

The outdoor area was a real highlight of the property, even better than advertised. The house is really nice with everything you need. The area has a few nice restaurants to choose from, and markets within walking distance. The sea is only 20 meters from the house, so snorkling in the clear water is a must. Overall a fantastic rental.

A perfect vacation in paradise

Amazing location with an amazing surrounding. Staying at this vacation home was an absolute delight. The property was not only beautiful and well-maintained, but also equipped with all the amenities we could have asked for. The landlord was incredibly attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of exceptional. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this vacation home and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Idyllic home on the beach

Can’t say enough nice things about this home and the host. Better than the photos! Spacious, well appointed, amazing outdoor space, good kitchen, comfortable for at least 6 people and right on a great beach for swimming, snorkeling or just lying around. Manos the host is amazing...great local tips, brought us moussaka and some amazing sweet creation and was always ready to help with anything. Stravros is 25min to Chania by car but close, to plenty of good restaurants. Definitely will come back!

Family Dream Rental

There was always something to do here, whether swimming in the ocean which was more calm than a lake, or in the pool or playing basketball or in the backyard player with sand. There were also so many toys! Our kids range from 3-11 and it was an amazing stay for all. As a mother to so many hungry people it meant a lot to me that when we arrived on Saturday evening so many grocery staples (and extras) were waiting for us! How relaxing to not have to wake up and worry about how or where to find food! There were quite a few restaurants nearby as well. The back sitting area under the beautiful pink flowers is like a dream to have breakfast under also. We hope to come back again soon!

Dieses Haus erfüllt jegliche Erwartungen. Lage, Ausstattung und der direkte Strandzugang sind nicht zu übertreffen. Zudem war es sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Equipment ist vorhanden und der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich!

Amazing villa with Incredible people

It was a dream ,we cannot decide which part of our holidays was better.The location of the villa, the pool, the outdoor area or the people who own and manage the property.It s the first time i feel so grateful for a person who I never met before.Manolis the manager made us feel as a part of his family.The owners also was very kind and they really care for this amazing house. I know that this villa is sold out every summer and I can understand the reason.We hope we will be back

It was a dream

It was perfect. The house is optimally and comfortably furnished. The location perfect. The manager Manolis was always available, totally nice and friendly, as was the owner Dimitrios. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We really enjoyed the week!

Fabulous property and owners / manager

We originally booked during the pandemic and had to change dates. This was done without question. From arriving late at night and having both the owners and manager meet us, everything was perfect. Manolis even came partway through our stay with some sweet and savoury treats! Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property. It’s about a 25 minute drive to Chania with an abundance of restaurants and the old town and port. A handful of local restaurants within 2 minutes and 2 mini markets just up the road. The outdoor space was superb and the photos don’t do it justice. We loved the basketball and the table tennis and can’t speak highly enough of Dimitrios and Manolis who provided a welcome package and everything we needed for a perfect week in the sun! The beach is literally at the end of the pool, the airport less than 15 minutes away. What more could we have asked for?!

This is a lovely villa in a great location on a sandy beach. Perfect place for a beach holiday, but with Chania and its many restaurants and bars nearby. The villa couldn't be faulted, and the pool, basketball court and play areas make it a treasure for all the family. Upon arrival the kitchen was stocked with all essentials which was very kind of the owners, Dimitrios and his wife. The manager of the property, Manolis, is a lovely person and was always available and helpful. He and the owners kindly brought over a moussaka and baclava during our stay - we have stayed in many nice villas, but have never had such wonderful treatment. This is a really special place to stay. Nearby there are a couple of good markets for daily needs and there is a big supermarket 10 mins drive away. The local taverna, Irene, is really excellent. The villa and beach are so nice that it was hard to make the decision to go out for a day trip! But if you do, Elaphonisos is an amazing and unique place about 90 mins drive away. However, it's crowded even in September so I can't imagine how full it must get in the peak season. This is a wonderful place for a relaxing holiday, and we will for sure be back in a couple of years.

Nous sommes restés deux semaines et ce fut des super vacances !!! Manolis et Dimitri sont des super hôtes La maison est idéalement situé (super market et trois restaurant à moins de cinq minutes à pieds) Une plage très agréable, une vue très sympathique On a pu profiter du cahier des charges de Manolis pour faire des plages que Nous avions pas forcément coché et surtout des super restos qu il nous a conseillé Allez y les yeux fermés , nous avons adoré ces vacances

Ein Ferienhaus an traumhafter Lage! Wir verbrachten mit unseren drei kleinen Kindern zehn Tage in diesem Ferienhaus. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Der Strand vor der Haustüre ist auch für Kinder super. In Richtung des kleinen Hafens ist es zudem schön flach, so dass die Kinder prima im Wasser spielen können. In Gehdistanz hat es mehrere Tavernen und zwei kleine Supermärkte, grössere Einkaufszentren sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Hausverwalter Mano war total aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Insgesamt ein gelungener Ferienaufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

Wer sich einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub wünscht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Objekt ist an einem sehr schönen kleinen Sandstrand gelegen. Andere Touristen findet man eher weniger. Fußläufig sind tolle griechische Restaurants zu finden. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für eine enspannte Zeit braucht. Sogar der Kühlschrank war am Anreisetag gefüllt. Ein echtes Highlight ist der Poolbereich. Modern und super sauber. Auch für Familien mit Kleinkindern ist das Objekt sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos und war super nett! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder - in die Ruheoase.

Almost Perfect

Beautifully restored property with lots of extras like luxury toiletries, fruit basket and groceries, with thick fluffy towels and bathrobes and slippers provided. The house provided everything for a enjoyable time. After a busy year we were seeking privacy and relaxation and found that the uninterrupted view of the beach also meant an uninterrupted view of you. The trees surrounding the garden dining table provided the only natural shade on the beach and unfortunately people flocked to sit under them. You will get lines of people the other side of the glass panels less than 2 feet from the pool. They will stare at you a lot and take your photograph. I personally found this embarrassing but may not be an issue for others. This is obviously outside the control of the owner being a public beach but there was more privacy on the beach than around the pool. The pool is very beautiful but unheated, in fact it was very cold. We found the sea much warmer. If you have young children you should also be aware that its minimum depth was around 4 feet rising very quickly to 6 feet deep. The owner however did provide excellent facilities such as the basket ball court and ping pong table. There is also a wonderful full children’s playground. This is a wonderful property but as the only private villa adjacent to the beach we did feel a bit on display.

Just perfect

What an amazing location. The villa is spectacular and the grounds are out of this world. The villa location is perfect , right in the beach and the pool and garden areas are just wonderful. Manos went out of his way to provide a lot of local information and was available to be contacted any time. There are a number of tavernas within a short walk of the villa which was great for the evenings. Would totally recommend and wouldn’t want to change a thing about the villa and the service provided - wonderful.
