Come and enjoy your dream vacation. Located at the Seawind condominium, you will be amazed with the white sand the Gulf Shores beaches has to offer. This 2/2 + bonus room with twin bunks is located right in the center of Gulf Shores right on the beach; you can`t beat it! You will truly know what it is to have fun in the sun (or just relax in the sun. Beach naps happen frequently! Just be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen!).
FEATURES:
Witness the most gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from our balcony on the 8th Floor.
Our condo features free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV and DVD in living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer - free for you to use during your stay. A laundry packet is provided to do a load of laundry while you`re here.
The condo features an indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, allowing you to enjoy the pool even during the rain. The indoor part is temperature controlled during the winter so you can still enjoy relaxing in the pool when the ocean would be freezing. You also have access to a hot tub if you really feel like being warm!
An exercise room and sauna are free and available to use, located right above the pool in the small building.
MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a brand new king size bed and direct access to the balcony. Sliding glass doors allow beautiful views of the ocean while you lay in the bed. Relax listening to the gentle sounds the waves and life on the Gulf of Mexico. There`s a large TV with free cable perfect if you want spend some extra time in bed while maintaining view of the sparkling ocean. A walk-in closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. A dresser provides extra storage for clothes is you like to pack heavily. Enjoy a private bathroom connected directly to the bedroom. Features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo unit.
GUEST BEDROOM #1:
The guest bedroom features a queen bed and private TV with cable. A private closet allows you to hang up your clothes and store your luggage away safely. A dresser provides additional storage for clothes. Have direct access to the hall bath with the conveniently located door connecting the bedroom to the bathroom. Enjoy the extra large vanity with plenty of counter space to set up all your makeup and other bathroom items.
GUEST BEDROOM #2:
The third room has a set of twin bunk beds and a TV with cable. A dresser provides storage for your clothing. Located next to the second bedroom, you can easily keep your eye on your children if you`re worried about them. The guest bathroom is located right across the hall.
LIVING AREA:
The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and there is sitting for 6 at the dining table. Enjoy a couch and loveseat situated around the TV. Ceiling to floor glass door and windows allow you to always have an eye on the beautiful scenery. A TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn`t cooperating in the moment. Barstools provide additional seating for eating and hanging out at the bar top counter.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is extra large to really stay stocked up on everything you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer, and there is a spot to get water and ice directly on the large French style doors of the fridge. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. A regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware.
SURROUNDING AREA:
Seawind is conveniently located to everything that Gulf Shores and Orange Beach has to offer. We are within walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment venues including the Hangout and many beach stores in case you forgot to bring anything. Many others locations are just a short drive away including Lulus, the Wharf, and The Track. Just a little farther away is Foley, AL, which has great destinations to spend your entire day enjoying including the Tanger Outlet mall, featuring dozens of premiere shops and restaurants, and OWA - an all inclusive destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Entertainment includes a large arcade (often featuring gaming tournaments), a stage often featuring comedy shows and concerts, an amusement park featuring a full size roller coaster, and an indoor waterpark! Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor swim through pool and large sun deck. The little ones will love the kiddie pool with fountains. Covered parking is available as well as is a fitness center overlooking the gulf.
One parking pass is included in the rental. Another pass can be purchased upon arrival.
All Seawind units are non-smoking units (including the balcony); there is a covered area on the bottom floor on the left as you go out of the complex that is the designated smoking area.

Max number of guests: 8 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation
Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No Pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities
Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.
- Do not bring in sandy items back from the beach.
Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)
Parking:
- One parking pass is included in the renal. A second parking pass may be purchased from the guard shack upon arrival. You must bring down your already filled out pass to be able to purchase a second pass.
Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests
Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.
Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.
Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.
Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
