The Space:
Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs.

Guest Access:
Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.

Other Things to Note:
Please be sure to read the "Things to Know" section at the bottom of the listing to ensure our property is a good fit for your stay. Keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) will fit as well smaller trucks and sedans.
