Bienvenido a Apollo 1005: nuestra unidad de condominio de 1 dormitorio recientemente adquirida y renovada que ofrece vistas al mar sin obstáculos, orientadas al oeste y frente a la playa desde el piso superior (décimo), en el edificio Apollo Condominiums.

Le invitamos a disfrutar de las excelentes comodidades que nuestro edificio tiene para ofrecer, que incluyen: alta seguridad y estándares de mantenimiento excepcionales, acceso directo a la playa, piscina privada y climatizada y spa con chorros, sala de ejercicios y gimnasio, y un gimnasio. sitio de deportes al aire libre / bar y restaurante con vistas a la playa y al mar llamado Sunset Grille.

Además, hay una plaza al aire libre de excelentes restaurantes y pequeñas boutiques ubicadas a solo 1/2 milla de distancia llamada Marco Walk Plaza. ¡Aquí es donde encontrarás Marco Movie Theater, Marco Prime Steak & Seafood, Da Vinci's Restorante Italiano y Dolce Mare (helado artesanal italiano y chocolate), por nombrar solo algunos!

- El armario de almacenamiento privado ubicado justo al lado de la puerta principal está lleno de carritos de playa, sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de playa..

- Una lavadora y secadora grandes se encuentran en una habitación de área común en el mismo piso que la unidad y están disponibles para uso de los huéspedes. El propietario no proporciona las hojas de detergente y secadora, pero pueden estar disponibles si algún huésped anterior deja un suministro.

Beautiful Stay at Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! From our first inquiry to checkout, communication was friendly, quick, and effortless. The condo was spotless, exactly as described, and stocked with everything we could need. We especially appreciated the laundry access, the thoughtful beach supplies, perfect for our many hours in the ocean, and the pool for relaxing afterward. Thanks for the memories!

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our recent stay at the Apollo beach condo was absolutely incredible! The beautiful accommodations perfectly complemented the breathtaking sunset views we enjoyed every evening. Although the weather did not allow for full beach days, watching the sky transform over the ocean from the deck was a nightly highlight.Checking in and out was seamless, which always makes a huge difference in starting and ending a vacation on a high note. High commendations to the owner for creating such a wonderful and welcoming space. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the effort made to ensure a comfortable stay.We're already looking forward to our next visit—we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place!

Exactly as advertised! Very clean. The outside storage area (for all the beach stuff) was very convenient. There were 3 nice chairs, body board, beach cart and 2 umbrellas that we used. There were also tennis rackets and few other things to use downstairs.The laundry situation isn’t great… you just have to go down the hall and they have 1 washer & 1 dryer (like 2 for each). Fully stocked (small) kitchen. We used it a few times. Not like our house, but perfect for a few people. We will return!!

Loved our Stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The location and condo was great and perfect for the two of us. The amenities at the complex with a health club and bar/grill was exactly what we were looking for and easy access to the beach. The condo was nicely stocked with everything we needed. We also appreciated the communications with the property owner. We look forward to coming back!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were very friendly and communicative as well the front desk when we checked in. The room was cute and had everything we needed for our stay (fridge, stove, coffeemaker etc.) it was so nice to be able to wake up and have coffee on the balcony to look at the ocean (the views were BEAUTIFUL) or at night to watch the sunset. The storage closet had everything you needed for the beach such as chairs, umbrella (a MUST to have a break from the sun), little cooler, wagon, frisbee etc. There were some shopping centers nearby and restaurants. They were a little farther down that you could definitely choose to walk to, but we opted to drive. Never had an issue with parking even during spring break. There was the Sunset Grille attached to the Apollo and that was really nice to have a restaurant right where you are staying! We had a good meal there, and it's fun that you can order drinks from the bar and take them out to the beach with you. As most mention, I think the only downside was the key situation. An electronic keypad would be nice, but there are two sets of keys so when my husband and I did split up, we could both get in and out. Other than that, we loved staying with this host and would definitely stay at the Apollo again!

Great Getaway

This is a beautiful property at the Apollo Condominums. The tenth floor view of the sunsets is breathtaking. The property had everything you need and is clean and well decorated. The condo is right on the beach and just steps away from the water. I would love to stay here again.

Great Stay

Condo was as advertised. We loved the location. Front desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped in every way possible. Condo owners were responsive to all questions and gave very detailed answers to any inquiries. Easy to contact and gave clear and accurate instructions for the condo. All in all, a good stay at a very nice condo. Thanks.

Girls Trip

This property was better than advertised! Easy check in and with everything in place to get you started. The ocean view was the best - from relaxing on the balcony overlooking the ocean to enjoying the beach with all of the beach essentials provided by the host. This is the perfect place!

Best rental ever!

This unit in particular is the place you want to stay! When you fly to a destination and don’t have the ability to bring everything you need, it’s always nerve wracking to depend on promised amenities at your destination. Not here. The beach items were pristine and in perfect working order, there were kitchen towels, extra garbage bags, ziplocks, soap at both sinks, beach towels, enough toilet paper for our stay, and the list goes on. And the view! The Apollo is weird in that the balconies are staggered and almost every balcony has other balconies that look in or just have a fence but not a wall. However, all the units 05 and 06 on almost all the floors have private balconies and with this unit being on the top floor, you can’t get any better. We ate at the Sunset grill several times and found the food to be quite good. Twice we ordered to go and just took it up to our balcony to eat, which is a perfect evening in our book. The owners and manager were incredibly patient with us when we had trouble checking in late at night, which was entirely our fault for not reading the check in directions properly. We had a fantastic vacation and would stay in Apollo 1005 again without looking elsewhere. We hope to be back!

Our Favorite Apollo Condo!!

My husband and I have stayed at the Apollo about nine times over the last 15 years. Whenever possible we choose this condo for our stay. It's our favorite! The View and the accommodations cannot be beat. The condo is fully equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The king size bed is fantastic and high quality. This makes all of the difference for sleeping. There is a fantastic selection of beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas and anything you might need for the beach!. When we experienced an issue during this trip, the property manager Jameson was most understanding and responsive to our needs. This will always be our favorite condo on Marco Island, and we hope to return many times!

Property was well secured, front desk staff were extremely friendly (even recommended great restaurants); condo was extremely well stocked, clean, and roomy. We look forward returning to this unit. Can't beat the view of the Gulf and the sunsets!!

Beautiful, serene ocean view

Great views, nice accommodations, everything was great. The actual condo flat was awesome, owners were great! The building itself was very clean, nice to have an ocean view bar restaurant right on site. The building is older, isn’t as up to date to today’s comparisons and only had one working elevator. ( there were two, one was out of order) fitness center has out dated, mechanically deficient equipment and very hot inside. Other than the lack of appeal to the building of apartments, this actual studio apartment ( condo) was beautiful because of the ocean view and large glass doors and patio on the top floor! Owner has beach toys, chairs, tennis racket wagon for use which was great because there isn’t alit to do on island except beach, walk, eat and shop. Night life appears to ende before 11 most places. Would be nice if pool, hot tub didn’t get closed down by sunset or if tennis courts had lights for evening play but maybe that’s all because of turtles and lights out May- Oct. over all this accommodation worked perfectly!!

It’s all about location and this has it

Balcony faces west so you have amazing sunset views, as a swimmer pool is long enough to get 1 mile swims in/day, workout area is small with windows has 2 tread mills and 3 stationary bikes+small weight machine, 1st floor has Sunset Grill for food & drinks which faces west for sunsets as well, with other places near by, condo is 500 square feet, pictures accurate, we never used the stove too many restaurants, internet worked fine, nice water & sports gear in outside closet for you to use, staff friendly, covered parking, locked front door and elevator so must use key to get in thus good security. From first floor can exit back of building/bar area to walk 30 yards to waters edge. Condo space enough for a couple. They ask for external lights out at 8:30 pm when sea turtles come ashore to nest otherwise no external light restrictions. Check turtle arrival to the beach dates if renting then.

We had a great time, Marco island is amazing

Great views! Clean! Well stocked apartment! Our only complaint is that the king bed needs too be replaced immediately, extremely uncomfortable. The pullout couch is also not suitable for an adult to sleep on. Despite our issues sleeping the view from the large private porch had us smiling every morning as we saw dolphins swimming in the surf.

Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

This property has everything a couple or single child family could ask for. I wish they had key codes instead of always having to carry a key to get in and out of the elevators and beach but you get used to it. The condo itself is very clean and has all the necessary accommodations. The owners were very organized and easily accessible if you have questions or need anything. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay with the Johnson’s again. Having the on-site restaurant is another great selling point for this property!

Tom Johnson has been making trips to Marco Island for the past 20 years. Over time, he grew to love Marco Island so much that he purchased his first condo in 2019. He chose the Apollo Condominiums over all the other buildings throughout Marco Island due to its friendly and relaxed atmosphere. He now wants to share his little slice of paradise with the world.

Our family acquired this condo in March 2020. This is our second unit in the Apollo building. The condo is managed by my daughter and son, Danielle and Jameson.
