A gem in the Crowsnest Pass

The house was perfect for a weekend of cross country skiing and relaxing. It was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay in the pass! Exactly as pictured. The host, Sheldon, responds quickly and is very hospitable. I would definitely return for another visit!

Beautiful and quiet

The suite was spacious and quiet and very easy to access. Located in a beautiful area with very quick access to anything you might need. The only thing I suggest is clocks and lamps in all the bedrooms.

Fall in the Crows nest Pass

Sheldon was the perfect host. Always quick to answer any questions we had. He was also very accomodating when we requested a slightly earlier check-in time. The location was perfect for our fishing trip, central to all the places we like to fish in the area. The place was neat, clean well organized and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to book again for next year if we come back.

A Week of Fishing

We are three mid to late 50's fishing friends who try to do a week fishing trip every year in late August. We decided not to pack the tents and camping gear this time and try a short term rental. This house was perfect for us.... 3 very comfortable bedrooms, extremely comfortable mattresses and room for all of our gear. The kitchen is well outfitted, though we did not do much cooking. They reclining chair, loveseat and couch were all much appreciated as we watched movies at the end of a day on the water. All in all we will certainly try to rent this place again for next years trip. I did have a few texts back and forth with the Owner... he was very quick to reply.

Going Home

Just as wonderful as last time we stayed. Nice location on south side of tracks. Way better than a hotel for price. Feels like home. Thank you for sharing your home Sheldon and family. We will go back again. Had a great week at Chinook Lake, Golden Bowl best restaurant in Blairmore in my opinion. Check out Stones Throw Cafe and Market on Thursdays by gazebo down town. Anyone looking for an old style barber check out Garry’s on main. Miss living in this wonderful community.

Paradise

Loved everything about our stay. To start Bridgette was very accommodating and had great communication leading up to and after our stay. The location felt very secluded being a corner block overlooking the water, however close to amenities. Our stay was so comfortable, the hosts have literally thought of everything. The star of the show (second to the views) was the swimspa which we were able to enjoy into the night.

Lovely spot in the pass

This is a great house! Super comfy beds, great kitchen( I'm a chef and we didn't need to bring a thing ) even a old school popcorn popper! The living room is very nice and every seat is a recliner! Great location, super for the four legged family member (fully fenced) lots of parking, this will be our go to when in the area . Sheldon made it a breeze and is very responsive with any questions we had. 6 stars out of 5

Really great place to unwind ,.super clean, comfortable soon as you walk in you feel at home.fenced yard for the pups , close to everything . everything you need to cook a chef's meal .even a old school popcorn popper for the movie. Can't wait to stay here again! This is now our go to when in the region for work or play.thanks to Sheldon for making ng this a pleasure !

Blairmore Dirt Biking trip

Very clean and impressive small house. The beds had top quality and comfortable linens. Everyone commented how great the place was. We were dirt biking in the mountains around the area and the house had lots of space for parking our units. It was very affordable when compared to staying at a more touristy place like Fernie. Highly recommended.

Good location, very private, comfortable home.

Convenient to downtown, walking distance. Small well behaved dogs welcome, which was great being they are part of our family. Nice to sit outside in the back fenced yard, with a view of the west side of Turtle Mountain. All you will need is your suit case, your toiletries, food and drinks for the refrigerator.

Great Place to Stay

The property had everything that we needed for our stay. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house is well looked after and very clean. The location was perfect for us. We were minutes away from the staging areas. Ski hill is close by too. Very nice place to stay - quiet neighborhood. We’ll definitely be back!

My wife Stephanie and myself Sheldon are from Calgary, we have 2 wonderful kids, our daughter Rhea and our son Liam (that’s where the name RheLi comes from :-)). As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, some of our activities include hiking, dirt biking, cycling, fishing, picnic’s, bonfires, skiing and relaxing and adoring nature. On our first visit to Crowsnest pass, we were in awe of what nature had to offer, the surrounding mountain views, history of the town, warmth of the community and of course not forgetting the scenic beauty of the lakes, various nearby hikes, tremendous amount of trails, skiing, cross county adventures, waterfalls, local retail vendors and much more, thus we decided to purchase a vacation property in the Pass. As a family, we have made many cherished memories together and would like for you to experience the same, which is why we are offering our cabin to you.
