The VRBO was easy to find. Enjoyed being able to park my car in a garage especially when a storm rolled through and caused a lot of wind damage to the trees.

Garage Trash

The garage was supposed to be cleaned out the morning after check in but it never got done. We didn’t know where the garbage cans were. The listing said it was a 4 bedroom but it was actually 3 bedrooms.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and wanted something that would give us more freedom than a hotel for cooking food. This property was excellent and was exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect Place to Visit Boise Area With Family

This home is so convenient and close to so many parks and activities. It was really nice to have a comfortable home with a grassy area to relax in between our activities and visits. Some nice extras were the delicious raspberries growing in the little backyard and the garage.

pleasant and convenient

Most of the house was clean, but the floors were pretty filthy, so we had to clean them. Other than that the hosts were great and always available to assist.

Did not feel safe

Me and my friend were scheduled for six days. To stay but we eneded up staying at a collegues airbnb during the night because we did not feel safe. One night we kept hearing noises but we figured we were scared because we were away from home. The second night we slept with the night one and when we woke up the lights from the room were off. We called to change the code pin,but we decided to sleep else where. The 4th day we discovered the back fence door open. When I called I was told that it opens with the wind my thought is why doesn't it have a lock, and weather didn't feel windy. I think more safety features should be added like locks in the garage door and fence. Then also the front door lock wasn't working properly which also made us second guess our safety. The last we ended checking out early and slept in the airport because we figured it was safer there.

Clean and Close to Everything

We were in Boise for a baseball tournament and this house was the perfect location. It was a couple minutes from the field, close to restaurants, grocery, and the river. The house was clean and comfortably fit our group of seven. We ran out of toilet paper and the property manager got someone over to the house right away to restock. We cooked many meals at the house and all the necessary kitchen items were there. Thanks for a great stay!

Without some improvements, shorter stays are recommended

Overall was adequate. Easy to use location and has many of the necessities and then some extras that make stays a little more comfortable. Several glaring experiences colored the rest of the trip (26 days). Really felt as if management company was not taking care of the place and tough to communicate with at times. Pros - comfortable beds & bedding, quiet environment - decent internet, mostly reliable, which was important as 2 adults working from home - Appliances, kitchen utensils, furniture was comfortable and mostly in good condition. Smart TV and AppleTV were great for kids & relaxing. Dishwasher, laundry, vacuum reliable; fans appreciated - Only 1 set of kitchen towels but when we asked additional were delivered - Private setting, backyard great for quickly letting the dogs out. Garage was very useful for storing stuff from our drive in/out and activities, kids toys. Front yard great for letting the kiddos play. Cons - Initial communications prior to check-in went unanswered (but once we arrived texts & calls were immediately answered) - Very dirty floors upon check-in, and bags of trash left in side yard that were broken & being scattered in wind - 2 days into stay, water company left hang-tag that water would be shutoff in 24 hrs due to non payment on the account - during first week, had to accommodate a maintenance crew for about 6 hrs over 2 days fixing the front door. - exterior lights barely worked (no help at night), hallway lights had constant headache-inducing flicker, master bathroom vent didn't work - some more organization & complete sets of measuring cups, etc in kitchen would be nice for longer stays

One concern

The only issue we had was that any time someone was in the shower and anyone else turned on water elsewhere in the house, you would get scalding hot water. Definitely could use a temperature regulator. Otherwise, great stay!

Great spot

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property was exactly as advertised. Staff and communication was great. Plenty of local restaurants and things to do. We were able to drive to Boise park for scootering, white water rafting, atv rentals and hiking all for easy day trips. Would come again.

Cute Place!

We really enjoyed this cute place. Convenient location. Was quiet even though off a Main Street. Safe location. Price was fair for where the home was and what it included. Loved that they had floor fans for all the rooms!! The AC worked great. Kitchen was just what you need! Hot tub was a bonus but could have been warmer for sure. The gate to enter is a bit damaged, so be careful as you open & close. Regarding bedrooms, mattresses were not the most comfy. Rather hard, even the “soft” one. And they had a cover that was plastic that caused each of us to sweat in the middle of the night and it made a crunchy noise when you moved. Pillows were great though. Loved that they had shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. Great touch! Couches were good. The management was VERY kind to me due to my mid-read of checkout time. Time is 10a. But I thought it was 11a. We are staying in two other VRBO’s on this vacation and those are both 11a. It was completely my fault. She sent a very gracious text and we rallied as fast as possible to check out. Good place. You will like it here!!

I purchased this because of its location and the 3-bed layout. I also love that it has a nice big yard, which is not common for apartments. I saw the space for a hot-tub and was convinced this was the home for me.
