This cute little 2 bedroom studio above the garage features an open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Large master bedroom area with Queen bed. Second bedroom with bunk bed that has full (bottom) and twin (top). The couch in the living room also pulls out to a queen. It's located on the same property as our home situated on a beautiful 1/2 acre parcel in the country in close proximity to the North Beach area, hot springs, Minnetonka Caves and just a short drive from Montpellier. House also on property available to accommodate more guests, available on VRBO also! https://www.vrbo.com/1953316?noDates=true

NO PETS ALLOWED under no circumstances. Owner is very allergic.

Nice little spot for a family of 6 or less. Needs a new coffee pot and supplies for kitchen. A little dusty in spots. Otherwise, a comfortable little spot.

Amazing country escape 10 min from north beach

This little garage apt was wonderful for our family of 4. It was about a 10 min drive to north beach and only about a quarter of a mile off of the main road, but it was on an old dirt road with very few other houses and hardly any traffic and a very large front yard. Our friends rented the main house and between all of us, we had 10 kids and 10 adults and we had so much space to run and play and felt very safe. We will definitely be back again!

Great option for small or large family - away from the crowds but close to everything.

We did a long weekend with our family of 8. We had quick access to the north beaches/boat launch, hikes in Bloomington and Garden City. Clean and good space for the price. Parking was good. A little tight getting our boat in and out but it worked. Great communication and help from Brady. Highly recommend for a cost conscious, slow pace way to enjoy Bear Lake.

Great location, but not ideal for summer stay

The space was beautiful and outfitted with plenty of amenities. The location was super convenient, especially for easy access to the Idaho state park beach. The host was friendly and helpful. Somehow I didn’t notice before booking that the space had no air conditioning. Unfortunately, the week we were there the temperatures were in the 90s every day, only cooling off to the 70s at night. Even with the windows open and fans going, it was far too hot to sleep comfortably. I was happy that we could stay gone during the day, because it was suffocatingly hot inside during the day. Everything else about our stay was great, but I would not recommend this property for a stay during the heat of the summer.

Would have been perfect, I just can’t tolerate a lie.

The place was lovely and clean, the owner very responsive, but there is absolutely no AC. Sure you can open the windows at night and it will get delightfully cool, but with the neighbors having a fire going so smoke gets into the house, and light that wakes the kids coming in with the rising of the sun, we had a miserable night with little sleep and daytime naps were shot also. If you don’t have littles, it would probably be fine, but it was a bust for us. If you’re going to list that a place has AC, it better have AC. Please update the listing or actually get AC.

Bear Lake staycation

We come up to Bear Lake once a year to boat, paddle board and enjoy the food ( especially the shakes). We really enjoyed this property. It's close to North Beach and not to far from Garden City. Clean, quaint, and home. We only had 3 stay this time, but usually 5-7. Thanks

Great little getaway

Cute little property. So close to North Beach which was awesome. So cutely decorated and fit our family perfect. Everything we needed for our stay. The host was prompt in replying when I had a question. The kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking. Plenty of room to sleep for our family of 6 and definitely room for more if needed. I can see how it could get hot in the summer with no AC, but we came on cool weekend and it was perfect.

Great Location, Nice and Clean

Quick get away

Great Location! Loved being in a quiet neighborhood and close to North Beach. Garden City is 15 mins south of location of property. Kirstie’s home was lovely and clean and had the amenities you needed. Plenty of movies and puzzles to keep you entertained in the evening.

This was a beautiful and we'll maintained rental in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Great place to relax and be close to North Beach. Owners are extremely polite, accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Good place just wish we had a heads up about the air conditioning.

Would have liked to know upfront that the "air conditioning" was open windows and ceiling fans. Then we could have prepared for such. A dish drainer would have also been helpful. Other visitors should be aware that the surrounding properties are private properties and so they shouldn't wander while driving around. That being said, we liked how close to North beach it was. The western decor really fit the surrounding farm land. We had plenty of room to move about and yet it wasn't to large that we could have together times. It was very clean. The owners were quick to respond to our texts. Overall it was a good value for our stay.

Cute & well appointed garage apartment

The space I stayed in was very nicely decorated and had everything I needed. Care and thought have gone into the entire property. I enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. I was there during a time of year that the sun sets quite late, but the blinds are good and blocked the light well. It fit what I needed very well and everything was very easy.

Clean and spacious

This property was just right for my family of 7 on the weekend of the Bear Lake marathon. It had everything we needed. It was clean, and more spacious than expected! We would definitely stay here again for a weekend. For a longer stay, it wouldn’t have been ideal for 7 people, as two kids had to sleep on the sleeper sofa. The lack of AC wasn’t an issue at all with the windows open and fans going. Loved the quiet country location.

Nice little place.

This was the perfect size for 5 of us. There were tons of games and a good variety of DVDs. Plenty of dishes and cookware. No air conditioning but fans and enough windows for good air circulation. 10 minutes from the North Beach. Netflix worked fine.

Fun Get Away

Great and quiet location. Very close to the North Beach recreation areas which are our favorite, so this was the perfect place for a little getaway. Cozy for sleeping 7, but worked well with our kids. The space is quite nice and not cramped. Nice appliances and conveniences. We would stay again. Thanks Kirstie!

Great place to stay close to North Beach

We rented the main house and guest house and it was very nice and comfortable for our family vacation. The kitchen and house were well stocked with everything we needed. The yard was fun to play games on and lounge under the tree. There is a residing neighbor just across the street though, so I worried about noise traveling. But other than that, the area, firepit, deck, house, and stars made this place awesome!

Nice and Quiet

Internet service is bad and couldn't watch TV. I like my tv even on vacation. Plus it helps calm the kids. Other than that, nice place to stay
