ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 22 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about an 11 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Sam Patch Co, is about a 13 minute drive (depending on traffic)
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway for parking. Roads to property are fairly narrow and turns are tight, and even more so in the winter. Roads not suitable for large trailers. NO trailers allowed when snow on the ground.
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
