The property was clean, nicely decorated, exactly as described. Great location and beautiful ocean view! Only issue we had was with the tv and it wasn’t a big deal. We couldn’t figure out how to get to the guide on the tv in family room. Otherwise, just perfect!

Great stay right on the beach

We had an excellent stay at our place. It was clean, had all the amenities you'll need, right on the beach and centrally located to all of the attractions. The place is bigger than it looks in the pictures. I really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the ocean and people watching. I would definitely recommend staying here. Tammy, the host was very sweet and helped me with check in.10 out of 10 for me. Perfecy place!

This property is exceptionally updated, clean and well-equipped. The owner is very gracious and made sure that everything was working properly. The view from the balcony is wonderful!! We would definitely stay there again.

Holiday Sands South condo

Beautiful little condo was perfect for two. Great view from the 8th floor balcony! Comfy beds, nice kitchen, and nice furniture and decor. Tammy was always available too. We’ll go back!

Best one bedroom- by FAR!

I have stayed in several condos at this facility over the past decade. This was the best single-bedroom unit by FAR. It was clean, fixtures and appliances were updated, and the beds and bedding felt like a home and not a hotel, in the best way. Tammy was responsive to my questions and accommodated my need for an early check-in. This is the only one-bedroom I will stay in again at this facility.

Great for our family of 3

This little condo was perfect for a quick stay for our family of 3. A reasonably priced oceanfront was a must and this place delivered. The parking garage is in the same building, which is convenient. This condo is located on the 8th floor. The elevators & luggage racks made unpacking (& repacking) easy. This condo is small, but clean and easily works for a small single family. Thank you Tammy for having us for our first stay in South Carolina.

Perfect condo

From booking to checkout, this condo was everything we’d hoped for!! Clean, comfy, and perfect for our week stay. The location was perfect on the beach and right in the middle of all the fun but far enough away to not be disturbed by the night life. The owner was quick to respond always and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. Highly reccomend!!

Great stay!!

We came to the Myrtle Beach area for a softball tournament our teenage daughter was playing in. This condo was clean and the space was exactly what we needed for this trip. Having laundry in the unit was so important. The view was spectacular! It was so close to the fields, food, and fun activities! If we return to the area, I would definitely like to stay here again. Tammy was great and a pleasure to communicate with.

Great Location, Great Host, GREAT ALL-AROUND

First off, the location, was premium! We've been staying at this particular property via the Hotel. We made the decision to get a room that has been upgraded. This is the first time we've had a direct oceanfront suite, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness immediately. The rooms were perfectly cleaned, smelled and were AMAZING. We cannot say enough about how great the host was in communicating.

Beautiful view of the ocean

The condo owner is responsive and attentive to every detail of the rental property. Check-in took less than five minutes. You are transported to a beach vacation from the moment you open the door to the condo. The property is five minutes from the airport, twenty minutes from Broadway on the Beach, The Carolina Opry, and so much more. This is our second visit and can’t wait for our next reservation.

Out time in the Sun

The property was outdated..the pools were small. Our condo was nice and clean. We spent alot of time driving to North Myrtle for our evening activities..will stay in North Myrtle next time.

Perfect!

We were very impressed with the unit. It was clean, in a great location and had everything we needed to settle in quickly. Tammy was top notch when it came to answering questions before our arrival AND keeping us informed during our stay as the tropical storm rolled in. We will definitely book with Tammy again the next time we go to Myrtle Beach!

We had a great time. The view was amazing. The pools are in need of some updating and repair. The walk the the beach was extremely short. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need. We absolutely stay here again.

What a view! Fantastic vacation!

Tammy was an absolutely fabulous host. Upon arrival, the condo smelled so good (SUPER clean!) the bed was so comfy and I could go on and on about the view from the balcony. We loved sitting out there in the morning and evening. Walk to the beach was perfect! It was so difficult to leave. Thank you, Tammy!!

Perfect for us!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beach was AMAZING along with the view the condo provided. The condo was clean, plenty of room for the 4 of us and, the facilities provided great entertainment for our kids while we were not enjoying the sand and sun.

Beautiful Condo with Great View

We stayed 6 nights in Condo 803 and the place was fantastic! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the place was really clean and looked exactly as in the photo's. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. It was really great to have a washer and dryer also so that we could dry our towels in between trips to the pool. The pools were great and well maintained too. I know the hotel next door gets a bad rap but the condo's are great. Fast elevators too and boy did we appreciate the covered parking! Overall our vacation was perfect and we can't wait to go back again and would definitely stay here again.
