This recent villa is located just 300 metres from the splendid white sandy beach of Pinarello, accessible by a charming path through the pine forest. You will enjoy easy access to the sea while being immersed in a natural and peaceful setting.

The villa has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140), a shower room, as well as a beautiful bright lounge area. The kitchen, fully equipped, opens onto the outside thanks to a large bay window, offering a natural extension to the terrace furnished with table and deck chairs, perfect for meals in the sun or moments of relaxation.

Just 700 metres away, the marine village of Pinarello invites you to enjoy a coffee or a meal "feet in the water" in its restaurants, and to discover its small local shops – everything is within walking distance.

Perfect for a stay for two, Villa Crocus promises comfort, tranquility and the sweetness of Corsican life.
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included so that you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

The household includes:
Floor cleaning, maintenance of shower room, toilet, sink, windows, dust, kitchen worktop and sink.

Does not include:
Garbage cans, refrigerators and dishwashers must be empty and clean.
Cleaning of appliances, oven, microwave, fridge, bbq.
Putting back in place dishes and furniture.

On site, 1 "Cleaning" deposit check is to be deposited: 100€. It will be cashed if the above instructions are not respected.
If you do not have a cheque book, a transfer of €100 will be required before your arrival, returned the week after your departure (please provide me with your bank details).
