The Space:
Located in downtown Los Angeles' historic Higgins Building, this studio loft offers a blend of modern comfort and urban convenience. With an open-concept layout, high ceilings, and large windows, the space feels bright and inviting.

The loft features a functional kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living area, and a sleek bathroom with contemporary fixtures. Residents can enjoy stunning views of downtown LA from the expansive windows.

Amenities such as a rooftop terrace and property park are available within the building, while nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops are easily accessible. This studio loft provides a stylish and convenient urban living experience in the heart of Los Angeles.

Guests will have access to the entire loft throughout their stay along with the communal rooftop area with amazing 360 panoramic views of Downtown Los Angeles.

The Neighborhood:
The Downtown area of Los Angeles is best explored via walking, and you are centrally located to so many attractions like Universal Studios. Sunset and Hollywood Blvd is also not that far of a drive (depending on traffic). We recommend exploring the vibrant restaurant scene of this area, and of course checking out all of the shopping options Downtown LA has to offer.

Getting Around:
Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

This home is located in Downtown Los Angeles, and parking can be a challenge, so please be aware. We can recommend a parking garage for monthly parking, if so you choose.

If you’re the type that wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens paid by the guests.
Open Air Homes is setting a new standard for the short term rental industry. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

Instant Book is turned off for all of our homes at Open Air Homes. This is a conscious decision in order to be a positive change for the short term rental industry, We encourage guests to send us a respectful note and provide us a little bit of background about your group before booking, and then we will take this to the owner for approval. We believe that mutual respect is key to ensuring that this industry can thrive. Open Air Homes strives to complete bookings in less than 4 business hours, so feel free to enquire and we will be in touch right away.

All stays over 30 days require mid-stay cleaning. Please ask your reservation associate for more details.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

At Open Air Homes, we strive to give you such a great experience, that you will consider us for Property Management if and when you buy. Our goal is to provide unforgettable, relaxing vacations to our guests, and we aim to take care of all of the needs of this property before you step foot in the home.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

HVAC DISCLAIMER: Overuse of, or tampering with the HVAC equipment that causes any issues that require a service call and/or result in higher-than-average monthly costs, will be billable to your party. Make sure to turn off the AC when not in use.
