Large home with stunning views!

The Space:

This lovely 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features two levels of private decks - each with great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Just steps away from "toes in the sand", your stay at Bellagio is just what the doctor ordered. The beach is accessible by walking, golf cart or vehicle on the nearby access street. The house is centrally located near all the wonderful shops, restaurants, and night life that Crystal Beach has to offer!

Bellagio features a large island kitchen that opens to the living area. Comfortable seating and a flat-screen smart TV are amenities of this great room. The kitchen has all the comforts of home, including modern appliances breakfast bar, and cookware for preparing meals and snacks. A large dining table has room for everyone. There is a half bath on the main floor with the kitchen and living room. For your convenience, you will also find a washer and dryer and high speed internet on site.

With over 2200 square feet, Bellagio comfortably sleeps 18. Bedroom one has 2 queen beds, while bedroom two has a full over full bunk bed and a sleeper sofa. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom three has 2 queen beds, and bedroom four has one queen bed. These two rooms also share a Jack and Jill bath. Bedroom five is the primary suite, featuring a king bed and an amazing ensuite bathroom with separate tub and shower.

On the ground level, you will find a charcoal grill and picnic table, as well as an outdoor sand shower! Bring the whole family to Bellagio, and vacation like kings and queens!

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Bellagio Rental Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, Id give the vacation rental a 6 out of 10. We usually have a good experience with Swedes but the cleanliness of this cabin was not up to par. Several small roaches and at one point we had to call maintenance due to a sink clog that wound up overflowing on to the kitchen floor. Whomever stayed before us had clogged the sink with grease. The hot water also had to get turned on because it was turned off. I would recommend getting the linen package or bringing your own linens and toiletries also. The cabin was second row but had a semi beach front view. Easy walking access to the beach.

Tattered and torn

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, good layout. Ice maker is broken. Dryer is broken. Upstairs toilet barely works. Place is pretty beat up and not very clean. Kind of a lot of money for a house in that condition. I would not rent again but we made the best of it and still had a good time.

Bellagio Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at the Bellagio. The home is located second row with great views of the ocean. The layout of the home worked well for 14. The kitchen was well stocked , the bathrooms were large. Only negative thing I have to say about the home is the smell. It’s very musty. You do get used to the smell but we did keep the door open during the day. Minor issues are with the furniture. The bunkbeds in the kids rooms were missing mattresses, it was a foam pad. The kids could feel the frame through it. The pads on most the kitchen chairs were broke off and just sitting on them. As well as the bench seat, the legs were falling apart. And the TV in the living room did not work.

Our family get away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming to Bolivar each summer. We love our family time on the beach. The house we rented this year had a great floor plan and location. The only problem with the house was it smelled heavily of mold and several of my family members got sick from the mold. I hope you can fix this problem because the house is comfortable for large families.

4th Of July Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent Location with awesome beachfront views & Easy Access to beach. AC worked GREAT!! Master Suite is BEST views w/ private balcony & Gorgeous double head shower & sunken tub. 3 other rooms w/ queen beds very nice size. BUT 4th bedroom with Full Size Bunk over bunk bed NEEDS NEW MATRESSES OR make a Game room the lower bunk mattress is NON EXISTANT just HARD BOARDS & top one not much better. The Futon is worn out & should not count as a bed either. This home has carpet on the stairs that is stained & filthy needs to be replaced or just removed. Overall very nice kitchen but this home needs some TLC & it could be Fabulous. The smoker grill downstairs & outdoor shower were good shape.Plenty of Hot Water & water pressure. The couch & loveseat in LR are decent but the other 2 chairs extremely outdated. The doors on bedrooms need to be cleaned & the comforters are old & worn out. Over all we enjoyed our stay but it's a shame to have a property this size that could receive a Rave Review with some updated cleaner paint & furniture. I felt it was overpriced for the current condition of home.

Vacation Frustration

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am writing so renters will be aware & not caught unaware as we were if they choose to rent. The pictures on the rental site are NOT accurate and must have been taken when new & pristine. This is really faulty advertising because this is a dirty, tired, falling apart house inside and out that the owner does not love. Guessing it's an investment only & $ is not being put back in it. 2 chairs in livingrm were filthy, sofas had tears in them & I'm sure were just as dirty as the chairs but unseen d/t dk blue fabric. Mattress covers, bedspreads and pillows were dirty. My 4 adult children & grandchildren were on their way down from Dallas for our annual wk vacation & I was uncomfortable with them sitting & sleeping. Swedes offered me 100% refund but with family on the way down this was a useless offer. They brought 9 clean blankets so I could cover all the dirty furniture where I knew we would gather and 2 boxes of new pillows. The young man from Swedes checked every pillow in the house and trashed pretty much all of them. I laundered all of the mattress covers & bedspreads except for the master(too lg for washer) prior to family's arrival & did just general housecleaning. Upstairs central air does not keep it cool so we had to use the window units every night. They are a must!! I don't have rm here to list all that was wrong so these are just the major things. This is a very busy, noisy part of the beach but location is perfect with access straight to the beach across the lot in front & we enjoyed the deck every day/night. Once we had the major things addressed we put all of the negatives aside and had a good time.

Perfect location. Excellent service.

We had the best time here! So close to the beach and a great place to watch the show that is Crystal Beach! Ac went out and property management had window units installed in hours and a new ac unit in days. Would not recommend putting adults in the bunk bed room but all other beds were super comfy. We would come back again!
