Rent Villa ideally located 2 min walk from the most beautiful beaches of Brignogan while being in a very quiet environment.
The town centre as well as the entertainment, restaurants, bar, water sports centre, shops are also a few minutes walk away.
This house, extremely bright, sun from morning to evening, is composed of an open kitchen, fully equipped, opening onto a dining room and a large living room open through large bay windows onto a terrace where it is good to have lunch or relax followed by a large garden (1000m2)
3 large bedrooms on the first floor, each more than 20m2, make up the night area. Two of them are equipped with double beds and the 3rd with 2 single beds. Each is equipped with a television and its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet.
One of the bedrooms has a totally independent access. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people.

The other wing of the villa, of more than 100m2, is entirely devoted to aquatic joys. It is composed of the largest saltwater swimming pool heated to 28° on the coast. This indoor pool allows all year round to swim laps (15m long) or for children to have fun (depth 1.4m).
A SPA at 37° embellishes this aquatic area as well as a shower and a toilet.

This villa is rented fully equipped for your holidays: WIFI, barbecue, garden furniture, etc

A cleaning fee if necessary at 150€ will be requested.

The villa can be rented for the weekend with a minimum of 2 nights and under special conditions: linen package and cleaning package.
