THE FLAT COMPRISES
Accomodation for 3 people. There is one double bed and one comfortable convertible sofa which is really easy to use.
All bed linens are provided.
There is a big wardrobe and drawers in the bedroom.
The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted. You will find a oven, a stove, a micro-wave oven, a fridge and a freezer.
There is all the needed kitchen appliances : kettle, toaster, expresso coffee machine (I provide the caps!).
You can use a wide range of cookwares, dishes and tablewares.
You will also find some simple food in the cupboards so that you don't have to rush in a supermarket on your arrival.
There is a TV (50 channels) with a flat screen, Internet access, a DVD player, adaptators so that you can plug your European devices !
You will have a set of towels and some shower gel, toothpaste, and other basics in the bathroom... And a blow-dryer!!!
The flat is located in one of the most lively, central and sought after area of London. It is safe, benefits from all amenities and from quick transports links to all directions.
The area is full of restaurants, caterers, take aways, pubs and cafés and some of them are among the most famous in London. It will be easy for you to benefit from London's extraordinary varied and exciting culinary scene, with flavours from all over the world !
Clubs : the flat is located near by Vauxhall and Elephant & Castle, two of the best areas for clubbing in London. Some of the trendiest clubs are around, such as Corsica Studios, Ministry of Sound, Fire. If you feel tired at the end of night, it's easy to get back home by foot or by bus !
Parks : Archbishop's Park is almost in front of the flat !
Sightseeing and museums :
- Big Ben, the London Eye, Westminster and the Houses of Parliament are just 5 minutes walking distance from the flat.
- Walking along the Thames, which is near by
- It's also possible to go by foot to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and its museums, St James's Park, Piccadilly Circus
- all the other London attractions are easily accessible by bus or by tube !
Vauxhall station is located in less than 10 minutes walking distance from the flat, and less than five minutes by bus. A short Tube ride will bring you anywhere in central London in a few minutes.
Lambeth North Station and Kennington station are also 10 min walking distance from the flat
Buses : Many bus lines stop around the flat and some of them are operated 24/7 !
Bicycle : You will find many « Barclays Bike » docking stations where it is possible to hire a bike. It is free for less than half an hour and only £ 2/day.
You can get to Gatwick Airport in 50 minutes, to Heathrow in one hour, to the Eurostar in 15 minutes !

I have personally lived in London the last 5 years and my partner has lived in London for the past 10 years.
