Every part of the renter experience has been thoughtfully put in place to make sure you have an unforgettable experience during your stay. Enjoy relaxing time in the hot tub while overlooking one of the areas most photographed covered bridges, or eat at night in the dinning room while overlooking it all it up for the perfect dinner setting. Watch a movie in the cinema room basement or play pool while listening to some vinyl records. Go tubing in the river - only a short walk away. Play tennis and basketball at the community courts just a 5min walk away or relax on the banks of the Saco or Swift River.

Guests have full access to the entire house, finished basement, back yard, garage and patio. There is enough space to park up to 4 cars on the drive.

This is a professionally run rental unit, which means there is a local team that are there for you whenever you need them, giving you additional peace-of-mind during your stay. Need a local recommendation? A massage? Ski tickets? Just give us a call. If something isn`t working in the house then we also have a team on standby to make sure you don`t have to wait long until it is corrected so you can continue relaxing.

Perfectly situated to access everything the White Mountains has to offer, just moment away from the Saco River and two of the most gorgeous covered bridges in the valley. A 2min drive to the start of the famous Kancamagus Highway, a 5min drive to North Conway Village, and 10min from Fryeburg means you are truly in the middle of it all!

There is ample parking on the driveway for up to 4 cars.

Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival.
Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is provided for the fire pit from May 1st through October.

We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation.

The top bunk is for children only.
Strict quiet times between 10pm and 8am.
Renters are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
Parking on the driveway for a maximum of 4 cars only.
You need to be 25 or older to book this property.

What a fun place to stay! And it was even better that our dog got to join the fun! Great location and great experience. I plan on booking future trips with the Indigo team. Very responsive and loved the instructions all over the house on how to use things!

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect spot for a quick family getaway. The hot tub, game rooms, fire pit, and pizza oven were all highlights. The fenced backyard was great for relaxing and letting our dog run around. The home was very clean, well laid out, and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with Abbey was excellent. There was some road noise outside, but the location was super convenient—walkable to the river, covered bridges, and great spots for walking the dog. We’d definitely book again!

Great spot right across from Davis Park! The house offers so many fun amenities that after our day on the river, we kept the good times rolling with the giant chess, corn hole, jacuzzi and fire pit. We didn’t use the pizza oven or sauna and that was poor planning on our part. Easy communication with host, clear and helpful info about the house and town, and thoughtfully provided amenities throughout the whole stay. I will definitely book this house again for future trips to Conway! It’s THE spot!

Great house

The house is better than the pictures. We loved the round dining table, it was great for family games. Bedrooms were nice, bathrooms were updated and clean. We loved having the hot tub and a fenced in yard. Management company had great communication!

The place was really nice. Just how the pictures display house. We were 5 minutes from Sacco river. We rented tubes had a lovely day on the river. We drove over to do the cog railroad trip to MT Washington summit very cool. Also did Bretton woods Gondola.had lunch at switchback grill.the family enjoyed that.Had beakfast Bea's very good. The house had a pull down TV screen. Watched some netflixPlayed some games enjoyed the hot tub and saunaGreat time had by allAbbey is a great host answered any qestions I had and responded fast.

East Coast Trip

The house was in the perfect location to go to North Conway and to walk over to the bridge. The fire pit was a hit on our chilly night. A great gem for the party of 6 adults.

Conway Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We had 2 families (8 people) and our 2 dogs and we fit comfortably. The location is wonderful, walking distance to 2 gorgeous rivers where we swam and tubed. The fenced in backyard with a fire pit, grill and a hot tub wete thoroughly enjoyed by all. Overall very happy with our stay, we would definitely book again.

Girls' Weekend

Great little get away which was perfect for a girls' weekend! Very cozy place, clean, beautiful bedrooms, and super comfy beds! We particularly loved the hot tub at night and four seasoned room to gather for fun. Has all the amenities needed. Great location too! Just wish the shower stayed hot after one shower. Would definitely return.

Lovely house with great amenities

We had a wonderful visit. The house is adorable and has so many lovely little touches. It’s comfortable and clean and well appointed. The hot tub was great. And loved being able to tube for free! Just walk back to house. Road noise is significant when you are outside. But worth the trade off for great location. We also really enjoyed the fire at night. Abbey was very nice and easy to work with as well. Will totally come back again.

Hidden Gem in Conway NH

We rented Abbey and Nicks house for 3 weeks in July 2020, and it was amazing. We brought our dog Howie, and different couple friends joined us each weekend. The house has 3 well appointed bedrooms, one totally renovated bath, large dining room, kitchen with everything you need, and a man cave basement with ping pong, pool, big screen TV with huge comfy couch etc. The backyard has a hot tub that Nick takes great care of (changing water and refilling etc), a fire pit with comfy chairs (and complimentary wood), and plenty of space for yard games. The garage is stocked with everything you could need from coolers to tubes and kayaks for the river. All to be used by guests. Did I mention this house is steps away from the Saco river?!? So close you can hear the river flowing while watching your fire burn. We took our tubes over the covered bridge and anchored in the middle of the river for hours of fun! The backdrop is gorgeous, the water refreshing, and it’s so convenient from the house. Abbey and Nick were fantastic hosts! We plan to come back to this spot next year for sure and perhaps this winter bc it’s so close to great skiing. Thank you Abbey and Nick!

Great house by the river!

I rented this house for a bachelorette weekend with a total of 8 girls. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. There was so much room for everyone and the backyard was amazing along with the hot tub. It is literally steps away from the Swift River which was awesome! The property manager, Abbey was incredibly helpful and even had someone come by to drop off extra toilet paper. She was super accommodating and answered all my questions. I slept in the king size bed, and that was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life! I definitely recommend this home to anyone! They even had fishing poles, tubes, kayaks and a kiddie pool in the garage for your use!

Weekend away

The property was beautiful. They made sure it was stocked with almost everything !! The owner communicated with us so well that I didn’t need to reach out with any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, as well as book it again.

Perfect location

Honestly was worried after reading one of the reviews that stated the place was not as it seemed in pictures, and was not clean, however this place was PERFECT, it was IMMACULATE, was a perfect location, had EVERYTHING you could ask for and need, and the property manager Abbey was always available and awesome to work with. Therefore, I want to emphasize that the place was in perfect condition. We WILL stay at this location again! This is a perfect getaway for a family! Has all the indoor games, outdoor amenities and can walk to the saco river.

Beyond Expectations!!!

Words can't explain how perfect this house was. It had everything you could want or need. The house was spotless, the rooms were clean, comfortable and inviting. The bathroom had every toiletry provided. The kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Not only was everything available for preparing dinner but had the best quality kitchenware. The setup of the house was perfect for a small gathering or big party. The backyard was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed a wonderful fire with plenty of firewood available. The hot tub was amazing and even towels and flip flops were provided. Abbey the property owner was very responsive to all my correspondence with her. This property will be our go-to vacation stop for years to come.

So great!

This house is adorable and perfect for a group. The beds were SO comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. The fire pit was great. We had so much fun at this house and the space is awesome. The location is close to lots of things to do, shopping, and restaurants. It is a little too close to the neighbors for my liking but other than that it was the perfect place to stay for a nught away!

The online pictures of this property are very misleading, as are the prior reviews. The property is very worn and was very dirty. And by dirty I mean cobwebs in the bedrooms and bathroom. I guess I should have realized that when the majority of the online photos are of houseware items, there is probably something not right. Additionally, the carpet was dirty and the linens including the towels and sheets were very cheap and had holes. Prior to our arrival, I reached out to the property manager twice requesting the access code for the front door. Both emails went unanswered. Check in was 4pm and at 4pm when I had not yet heard from the property manager, I reached out directly to Orbitz. Finally, the property manager provided the code and frankly was not very nice about it - indicating that she reached out previously to provide the information. When we finally got into the property - there was this horrible smell and the condition of the house was so poor that my husband and I contemplated just leaving and finding an alternative place to stay; however, we had two little ones with us so we decided to make the best of it - knowing that we would only be in the house to sleep. The other thing that is not apparent from the online photos - the house is on the main road and there is not much of a backyard. Given the price of the property - spend a bit more and find something nicer and closer to North Conway.

Winter Getaway in Conway

We were beyond impressed with this rental; the owners really have thought of everything. For example, there was a collapsible shelf constructed right by the hot tub which was perfect for holding drinks, speakers, phones, etc. The owners provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, etc. In addition, the owners provided hot tub towels, flip flops, and even hooks to hang the towels by the hot tub. The house was incredibly clean, which I always appreciate but especially now during these crazy times. My wife and I really enjoyed the home's decor. We would highly recommend this rental property and would definitely consider staying here again!
