Great experience. The house was lovely and as described. The location was convenient. Our host was easily to communicate with as well. I recommend this rental for people looking for a place to stay in Sumter.

My family and I visited Sumter,SC on July 2025 for our family reunion. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood: It really felt like a home away from home: I enjoyed drinking coffee on the back porch in the morning. We reported a light bulb out and it was replaced the following morning. The owner was kind and has a home that is decorated very nice. I would return again.

Great Stay at Patricia's

Our stay was great. There were 4 of us and our dogs. Patricia put a lot of thought into the things that make a stay at a VRBO like being at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated. There was a nice, screened in porch out back with a separate laundry room easily accessible from the back porch that we used plenty. We had all the appliances/cookware we needed to cook meals using the modern stove/oven. There were smart TVs in every room and the internet/wifi worked great. Patricia was very responsive and extremely polite! We stayed here for a week right before we PCS'd from Shaw AFB, and would highly recommend it to others.

Morris College Homecoming

This property was very central to every event We attended for homecoming.. The house all all essential needed for the stay.. It was very cozy and relaxing... I will BOOK again Next Year..... Love this spot !!!

Perfect Get-away!!

There was a storm and surrounding areas lost power but not us. The owner called to inquire if we were safe and if we needed anything. So thoughtful and caring. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the home has all the necessary appliance in perfect working order. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property and our dogs loved going for neighborhood walks everyday. The neighbors were also welcoming and friendly. Scott & Kathie K

Excellent & Clean home

Needed a place for a few nights after coming in for a funeral. I didn't like any of the hotel options and this was a perfect solution. The house was immaculately clean and very cozy. Master bed was very comfortable. neighborhood was quiet. Owner was very Gracious in letting me check in just a bit early so that a could drop my bags and change before going to services. all in all, I would Highly recommend. thanks again Patricia!

We were very comfortable in this cute little house. We were moving into our new home in town and it was a nice place to come home to. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone works hard to keep their properties nice. Thank you Patricia for a great stay!

The house was set up like home! All amenities to cook and enjoy family fellowship were present. Very clean. Very comfortable sleeping. Location was sufficient for our family needs. The bathrooms were very clean and up to date. Look forward to returning when visiting with family.

Perfect relaxing neighborhood

From communication prior to our stay right up to and after arrival communication was great. I was never left wondering or w any confusion. The home is wonderfully taken care of and decorated. The cleanliness was everything you would expect and then some. The neighborhood was quiet but also w friendly and helpful neighbors. We were close to downtown Sumter not too far from other cities like florence or Camden. We definetly recomend this property.

Relaxing vacay

My husband and I loved this home !!! It was so clean and so gorgeously decorated !!! And I have had several occasions to talk with the owner, and I think she must be just as lovely as her home !!! If we ever get to travel to Sumter again, we definitely want to stay there again !!! 🤗❤️

A Beauty of the beaten path

We have a family in various states. We came to Sumter to celebrate our first grandchild. This home was perfect for the 4 of us to spend our mornings and evenings. The accommodations were spot on and we enjoyed this 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Wonderful for our needs as a family.
