Ardèche stone house, open to nature and the garrigue, with a view of the
Ardèche mountains.
On a plot of 5000m2, it is ideally located for a quiet stay, with sun and cicadas: at the end of a dead end road, in a Natura 2000 area and close to a multitude of paths.
The old building was completely renovated in 2017 in accordance with traditional materials: stone flooring, wood, lime, cement tiles, etc. The hot water is heated by solar panels.
The house is 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk from the village of Labeaume (grocery store of
restaurants, bars, craft shops) and its swimming spots.
At the foot of the Cévennes, between mountains and scrubland, close to sites of tourist interest:
picturesque villages (Labeaume, Balazuc, Joyeuse, Vallon pont d'arc, Les Vans...), gorges
of the Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Chauvet cave, rivers (the Beaume, the Ardèche and the Chassezac),
nature reserve of the Ardèche mountains, markets. Many activities are possible
in the vicinity: swimming, canoeing, climbing, hiking, horseback riding, road biking and
Mountain biking, adventure trails...
