VENTA de verano: la más cercana a la playa: cama King: ¡Maui Banyan! -

Como residentes de Maui, mi esposa y yo de verdad se puede decir que no hay mejor lugar para vivir o vacaciones de Maui Banyan. Compramos nuestro apartamento con un objetivo a largo plazo en mente ... una jubilación más tardía pero divertido ahora. Fuimos de compras innumerables personas en todo Maui hasta encontrar el Banyan. Una vez que hicimos nos esperó hasta el apartamento perfecto estaba disponible.

Algunos puntos de interés en caso de que decidan vivir en nuestra casa por unos días mientras estamos fuera. Estamos literalmente a menos de 90 pies de Kamaole Beach 2, (que es una de las pocas playas de Maui con un socorrista), a cuatro minutos de la pista de tenis, a tres minutos a pie de una de las piscinas privadas, (el otro se trata de un niño de seis minutos a pie) ya cinco minutos a pie de los jardines. Al salir del complejo excelentes restaurantes y tiendas locales se trata sólo de un cinco a diez minutos a pie por S. Carretera Cordoba (que es a lo largo del océano). En coche, los hoteles y tiendas de Wailea (el Beverly Hills de Maui) están a un corto unidad de ocho minutos de distancia.

Get away from Maine

Great location, clean, and quiet. The owners were so helpful after a very long day of travel and our GPS didn't bring us to the right location.

We loved how central our condo was for walking, cycling, bus, and car, and not too much traffic or noise. Check-in was a piece of cake. Lots of lovely beach toys -- boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, chairs, umbrella. Place was exactly as advertised.

Comfortable, clean condo!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Maui Banyon condo.It is so beautifully decorated and very clean. Jacques was very responsive when we had any questions. They had it fully stocked with items we could use for the week. We would highly recommend staying there!

as a single adult- it was just what i needed

as a single adult senior, it was just what i needed. I had no plans of doing any cooking. grocery stores ect were close. resturants were good. Unit did need a little care. the shower door did not want to stay on the track, litttle piece of plastic broke off. some dirt in corners..Very well equiped . Overall I loved it and would rent it again. Maybe I will

Great pad!

This place was great! The location was amazing, the beach is right across the road! You can see the ocean from the balcony. The king size bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. The beach supplies provided by the owners came in handy. We saw tons of whales from the beach right across the road, which was super cool. We didn't watch tv once but there were movies provided, books and magazines. The owners gave us their number if we needed anything. We didn't have to contact them at all, everything was explained in a organized binder. If I had to say one negative thing ( which wasn't even that big of a deal) there was a slight ant problem in the bathroom sink area, it was so minor, these things happen, no biggie. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it and stay there again if I returned to Maui!

The space was smaller than anticipated but met our needs. Great to be across street from beach and centrally located on island. Carpets could be replaced. Good neighborhood. Felt safe.

Great stay for a Hawaiian vacation

Stayed at this rental with my partner and we had a great time. Perfect location, right across the street from the beach and central enough to all the main Maui attractions. Inside is nice and clean, AC works well, bed is comfy and kitchenette is quite functional and a welcome addition to our short stay. The rental also has beach chairs, towels & boogie boards available which is a nice touch for sure. The host is very communicative and responds quickly. Overall, awesome experience! Would definitely stay here again on another trip.

Amazing location!

We had wonderful time at this location! Its right across the beach, close to all nice eating places and shopping. We walked everywhere! My daughter and me really enjoyed our stay! Wonderful communication with the property managers!

Perfect spot!

We were so happy with our stay here. Ronda and Jacques are so lovely and accommodating. The condo is equipped with so many little extra’s (chairs, body boards, snorkels stuff) which we utilized and enjoyed very much. The condo is in a perfect location, you’ve got beautiful beaches right across the street and great shopping and eat spots within walking distance. The condo is located close to things and yet is kind of at the tail end of the strip, so it’s pretty quiet. There is lots of parking in the complex, so that was never a problem. There is also a very nice bbq we used a lot on the common property. We are definitely looking forward to coming and staying here again in the future!

Perfect condo for a quick stay

My husband and I were in town for a long weekend, and this vrbo was perfect for our duration. We loved the personalized greeting and gifts! The bed is comfortable and the entire room gets completely dark at night, which we haven't found with every place we stay. We were within walking distance to plenty of great breakfast places, and the best snorkeling of our trip was at the beach across the street. Thank you for helping make our weekend wonderful!

Excellent and spacious studio

Everything as described

My main goal was an affordable, clean and quiet place to stay. Everything was as described and this is a perfect condo for a single person or a couple. Although most of my time was spent in Lahaina, it was an easy and scenic 35 minute drive each way. There were plenty of places to eat nearby and the beach was literally across the street. I would stay here again!

Loved being close to the beach and watching the sunset.

We enjoyed your place very much. Nice to have chairs, umbrella, towels, etc for the beach. Nice comfortable bed and quite a well stocked kitchenette. Good location for day trips and many restaurants of all price ranges close by . Mahalo

This condo was perfect for us as a couple. This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and have enjoyed it both times. Close enough to the beach to hear the waves at night.There is everything you need to go to one of the best beaches on Maui, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and towels. The BBQ is just down the stairs in a garden area and the fridge is big enough to keep a meal on hand but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Yes there are stairs which make this a great way to get in more exercise. Ronda and Jacques have thought of everything! Thank you, look forward to coming again.

The property had everything we expected.

This property was in a very convenient location,with beaches that had lifeguards on duty just across the road and close to restaurants and shops. The outdoor BBQ areas we loved, and the pools were very nice,and clean.Very quiet relaxing accommodation, we will stay again in the future.

There's nothing better than being able to walk out on the lanai and see the gorgeous beach across the street. Catching an amazing sunset is so easy. Our vaulted ceilings (rare in the Maui Banyan) provide more space for you to relax. Hungry? But don't want to get dressed up and changed for dinner? There are several casual choices for both day and night dining all within walking distance.
