On the 3rd floor of a former art deco seaside hotel from the 30s completely renovated in 2020 this charming T2 of 38m2 tastefully furnished with everything to seduce you! 50 meters from the beach of Bas Sablons, 15 minutes walk from the intra-muros of Saint-Malo and 10 minutes from the Solidor tower.

On Place Bouvet at the top of the street, less than 100m away, the market and the covered market take place every Tuesday and Friday morning. In the rue Ville-Pépin, 2 steps away, you will find all the food shops, caterers, as well as a mini-market (250 m) open until 10 pm. Restaurants, shops, flowers, pharmacies, newspapers, as well as 3 bookshops allow you to find everything you need nearby!

Free parking is available 350m away. Paid parking by Flowbird parking meter at the foot of the building or on Place Bouvet 50 meters away. The station is served by direct bus (line 1) stop at the town hall of Saint Servan at 100 m, you are 10 minutes from the TGV station!
