This downtown condo has great river views, easy access to the river trail and Pioneer Park, and just a short walk to downtown! This is a top floor unit (stairs required), recently renovated with cozy fireplace and deck looking out over the Deschutes! This unit is located on the 3rd floor, stairway access to unit.

Perfect location

Bend is beautiful and this property was in the perfect location right on the river. This isn’t a swimmable part of the River but gorgeous views and right next to pioneer park which is lovely. A short walk to downtown for meals and coffee in the morning. Our favorite was looney bean where we could sit outside under a tree by the river. But so many good eats around!! As for the property, it was great to have a full kitchen. The patio was nice to sit and enjoy the views. The place is old but clean, my only complaint would be the beds, they are very uncomfortable. Maybe if it’s just one person in the bed it wouldn’t be bad, but sharing the bed with my husband (and my teen girls in the other bed, was not doable. The beds are small and very shaky, i could feel every single move and twitch my husband made which kept me up. luckily there is a pull out bed my daughter ended up sleeping on, and I bought an air mattress to sleep on. Other than the sleeping situation we had a wonderful time and my girls also enjoyed the pool.

Great location

We liked the area/location of the property. Great view of the river from the balcony. There is a pretty walking trail along the river that is easy access from the parking lot. Overall loved the place, location and view. Would stay here again.

River West

The unit was very clean and close to downtown Bend and the river trail. The beds were comfortable and the condo complex was quiet during our stay. The unit has dated cabinets, carpet and paint. The unit was similar to what was advertised in the pictures of the listing. The check-in process was easy.

Great location unit. Clean. Directions and instructions detailed and perfect. Responsive management. Advertised as 2 bdr but really a a living room with murphy bed and a second bedroom. Two full baths. Was comfortable for couple plus one young adult but would be tight for 4 people.

Apt/condo on the river in Bend

Apt is located in a wonderful location! On the Deschutes River and walking distance to downtown Bend. Loved sitting on the balcony in the morning for coffee, and evenings for a glass wine. Also loved the gas fireplace for warmth when it started to snow! Lying on the bed (in the LR) and looking at the view was lovely. Beds were comfortable, although both are full-size. They’re firm, if you prefer soft.... bring a comforter. We loved this cozy little two unit rental and we would rent again!

Cooked up our dinners and ate them out there too! Had everything we needed to cook, was super short walk to town AND the worlds last Blockbuster. Easy access to the parkway for trips into the mountains. We’ll be back!

Great view

The view of the river was fantastic. The property was comfortable. Water pressure in the bedroom bathroom was horrible. Took forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I'll never understand why hotels get the most uncomfortable beds? The kitchen was not set up for meal preparation. Dont really think this should be advertised on VBRO since cooking meals would be very difficult. It's more of a hotel rather than a condo.
