Beautiful and Cozy Apartment with 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom, perfect for 2 to 5 people. The apt is located between Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale a perfect place to enjoy South Florida. Hollywood Beach is only 20 minutes away by car and Miami Beach is 35 minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped. The main room has a Queen bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people and we offer a mattress on the floor for 1 person.
We also provide 2 chairs and 4 beach towels.

Wonderful Stay in Pembroke Pines, FL

We had a great experience staying here...the property was immaculate and a perfect location near our son and his family. Maria is a wonderful host...we knew she was available if we needed anything, but she was not intrusive in any way. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location for us and very nice. Very clean with garage parking which is very good. Close to shops, restaurants and county parks.

Clean property close to shopping/dining

The property was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. We walked to breakfast each morning and had a variety of choices within less than 1 mile. We would stay here again.

Home away from home

We look forward to staying here whenever we can. Maria is a great host and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is exactly as described, in a nice neighborhood, nice amenities, and is always kept extremely clean. We couldn't ask for a better location for restaurants and things to do with two teenagers. We highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo

Maria’s condo was perfect for my visit to Miami for the Miami Open Tennis Tournament. The condo was very clean, beautiful and well equipped for visitors. Due to rain which delayed tennis on my first day, I was happy to find I was within walking distance of a couple of great restaurants as well as shopping. I highly recommend this condo! Bravo!

Beautiful and well maintained, enjoyed every minute.

The property was as advertised, the owner left a bottle of wine, nice touch and not expected. My only complaint or suggestion is the mattress on the bed needs to be updated, there seems to be an issue with one side of the mattress. Overall the place was great, I would stay there again. Angelo

Close to family, not far from beaches

Retired couple visiting son and family over the holidays. This place was a great location just minutes from family. Visiting the beach was 30 minute drive to Hollywood and many other beaches were a little further. From here we were able to drive to the west coast of Florida and spend a day traveling to Key West. The apartment was clean. Laundry in the unit was convenient. Using this as home away from home we were able to relax and enjoy all that South Florida has to offer.

The property looks just like the pictures and the host is very attentive. She responded to us quickly when we messaged. She was very kind and welcoming. The home was put together well. We were fine staying there for the days we stayed. A few things that I thought should be changed: 1. The home was quite hot. We kept attempting to lower the air especially at night to no avail. The thermostat kept reverting back to 74 degrees and my family was hot all night. 2. The shower curtain should be changed after each guest. We purchased a new shower curtain to hang up but this should be done when the home is cleaned. 3. The bed seemed a little small. We have a full and queen size bed in our home and the bed seemed more like a full instead of queen.

Wonderful host and property!

When I arrived the information for checking in and finding where to park my car was easy. The property is nicely decorated, very clean and all the comforts of home. It is also centrally located close to restaurants and shopping. Maria responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. She is a great host and I would not hesitate to stay there again.
