For babies and children: bathtub, cot, seat, some games.
Games and small library for adults.
1 Toilet per floor.
The solar thermal type heating (hot water and heating) is supplemented by a pellet boiler during extreme cold.
The cottage is an LPO refuge.
Outdoor relaxation area, small lounges, various games, board games; Library, as well as flyers on local activities, maps to prepare your hikes...
Sheets, towels (2/person), shower gel, shampoo provided.
The interior is non-smoking. Ashtrays available outside.
To preserve the tranquility of the neighbourhood, "noisy" parties are prohibited, as well as the reception of other people not initially planned without the explicit permission of the owner.
Of course, all illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Note: The nearest ski resort is 17 km away

HOUSEKEEPING: At your expense. We ask you to return the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived. Everything you need is at your disposal.
If little or not done at all, you will be asked for a variable sum of €45 to €90.

DEPOSIT: you will be asked for a deposit check of 500 € which will be returned to you on departure (if no breakage !!)

PETS: For our 4-legged friends, they are welcomed, under your own responsibility (noise, access to rooms prohibited, management of droppings..)
However, you will be asked for a flat rate of 45 € (1 or 2 companion(s)) for additional cleaning.
Electric/hybrid car: a flat rate of €2.50 per day will be required. Green up charging station.
