Charming house with everything you could need. The location was great and the golf cart was esential. Everything was clean with little extra touches. Would stay here again. Only issue we had were the Villages guest passes. Being our first time there, it was confusing. We ended up wasting 2 hours at the sales office trying to convince them to give us passes for the pools, etc. - apparently the host is supposed to request for their guest 48 hours in advance. So that is something that should have been communicated before we arrived. It all worked out - but being a quick/short trip - wasting 2 hours on a nice sunny day was annoying.

Our hosts were excellent, welcoming, friendly and helpful.The property was nicely appointed with plenty of extras that make a stay complete. The Villages have as many activities as you can imagine. The Villages App and the weekly newspaper used together worked best for us. We had great time. Thankyou

The decor, in honor of Marylyn, was done with exquisite attention to detail. I couldn't have wished a more accommodating place. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

We Loved it…such a pretty home, very clean, had everything you need in every room.owners were so accommodating and I want to say I’m sorry for not getting up to greet you when you stopped by but I have 5 herniated discs in my neck that were killing me so I could not move but everything about your set up was great

We have stayed here once before 2 years ago. It was another great stay. Home is clean and comfortable. If you are someone who likes to sleep in I suggest bringing an eye mask as the bedroom gets full sun in the morning and there are no black out curtains.

Mark is an excellent host. He provided a lot of information and answered all of our questions very quickly. He was also extremely quick with resolving any issue we had.

Perfect

Marilyn's place was the perfect location to Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs on the golf cart that was provided. The house was clean the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need (but we really didnt use it). If you forgot something the house was sure to have it. Very quiet neighborhood we hardly seen anyone around. The only complaint I have was the bed was to hard for our liking.. We both would wake up with back aches (or my whold body) and slept out on couches our last 2 nights. Mark was a good host with answering questions i had before arrival to checking in with us during our stay. Definitely recommend Marilyn's place for your stay!

Great house and great host!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights while we checked out The Villages. This house was exactly as described and had every little thing we could have needed! Mark answered all our questions quickly, and even arranged guest passes for us. Golf cart was a great bonus!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and perfect for 2 people. Golf cart was a huge plus and used multiple times to drive to Spanish springs and Lake Sumter Landing. We couldn't have asked for anything better. It was a very clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay. Thanks to our great host Mark. We will definitely be returning for out next trip there.

Fun and very pleasant.

This was an adorable and whimsical tribute to Marilyn. The owners were there but not present til time to check out. Everything you could need was provided including bikes and golf cart. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

I had such a lovely time at Marilyn's place! I just wanted to say thank you for everything - from the calming music that greeted me when I arrived to the delightful surprise of M&Ms whenever I wanted and the super comfy bed. The place is so clean, and I felt so relaxed there. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great House in Quiet Neighborhood

Marilyn’s was perfect for our stay. It was a good location for our visit with family and friends. The house was the right size for the two of us and had just what we needed - basic kitchen, washer and dryer, and large umbrellas for the Florida afternoon rain. The property was clean with a nice screened porch and the neighborhood was quiet so we slept well at night. I would definitely stay at Marilyn’s again!

July stay

The house is so clean, beautiful decor, very nice bed to sleep in ( it elevates and is extremely comfortable). Everything you need for a visit. We would stay there again in heartbeat. Highly recommend for a couple who is looking for a place to stay in the Villiages.
