Enjoy the main channel view of Lake of the Ozarks from this charming Emerald Bay condo. This condo offers a queen size bed in the primary bedroom, full size bed in the second bedroom and two full bathrooms. It is a non-smoking unit located on the ground floor. It also offers WiFi, a washer & dryer, a full kitchen, three TVs, a small jetted bathtub and an electric grill on the porch. You will also enjoy all that the complex has to offer such as an outdoor seasonal community pool, tennis courts and a basketball court. You will be close to all of the Lake action and close to great restaurants and bars, golf courses and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. There is NO boat launch or boat trailer parking on this property. Please make arrangements with a nearby marina. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks! You will need to call Four Seasons Property Management directly to reserve a boat slip.

Please note: NO grilling allowed on the condo decks! This condo is one level down from parking. Parking for 2 cars. There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 2 miles away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Not my favorite

My family came for a weekend to celebrate my sons' birthday. While the condo was clean the decor was very dated and with all the family pictures we felt not like this was our home for 3 days. We had no hot water at one point. I did call the property manager who told me it would be hard to get someone to come and fix it. He then walked me through checking different breakers. I told him they were marked incorrectly and he did come out to check. After he came we had hot water that evening but lukewarm tbe rest of our stay. The dryer did not work and we had to run swimsuits through 4 times. Some lights did not work on deck and when my son tried to use the whirlpool tub black things began floating in the water. The roll away bed was broken and folded my sons friend like a taco. The dishwasher door was broken and left most of us with leg bruise when it would just fall open. The ice maker didnt work either. To get anywhere in the complex you had to climb massive inclines which is not easy with a 2m old. To get to the dock was a drive and a hike The pictures make you think its super close to the lake howver there is a small forest that separates you. The parking is horrible also especially for f150s. The condo did have a great grill and you can see the main channel. My family and i make 6-10 trips a year to the lake and will not be returning to tbis property.

Jennifer was helpful, but she couldn’t do anything about a very inconsiderate neighbor staying above us who seemed to be jumping up and down all throughout the night and day. Can’t imagine the cause. The jumping and banging occurred so often and was so so out of the bounds of normal that we chose to avoid meeting and confronting the person. It is a great tcondo and a great trip except for the fact that we weren’t able to ignore the noise.
