The villa is located in a quiet residential area of the seaside resort of Calabardina (Aguilas) 600 m from the sea on foot and small shops: bakery, pharmacy, bar, restaurants, grocery store... The property is suitable for 8 people.
6 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 4 children. The villa is fully fenced. Through a motorized gate you enter the courtyard and terrace in front of the house. From this terrace you can access the swimming pool as well as a south-facing terrace overlooking the pool. Here you have plenty of room to enjoy the sun and the panoramic views of the village and the mountains. The front door gives access to a spacious living room with a large fully equipped kitchen. There is also a powder room with a sink as well as a room for the laundry.
There is air conditioning, heating. Through a door in the living room you arrive on a second terrace with awning and barbecue. Here you can relax in the sun or have a drink in the shade. The house has been completely renovated and offers all the comforts you need for a wonderful holiday by the sea.

You will have to leave the villa clean without mess and tidy.
Otherwise, 150 euros will be deducted from the deposit.
A surcharge will be requested for electricity if there is too much consumption.
