VILLA REGORDANE

In an ideal location at the crossroads of the Cevennes, Camargue and Provence, this contemporary luxury villa sits at the foot of one of the most beautiful villages in the Gard, on the Chemin de Régordane. The surrounding region has a rich history to explore, and the villa is a short drive from the Duché d’Uzès (25 min), the Pont du Gard (40 min), the Nîmes Roman Arena (30 min) and the Avignon Palace of Popes (1 hour).
Surrounded by a large enclosed Mediterranean garden, the villa features a private swimming pool with a large sunny deck, as well as many terraces which will allow you to enjoy the exceptional climate of the region and the sound of cicadas at any time of the day. A private place to play petanque is also at your disposal.
At 160 m2, the single-storey villa is designed for 8 people. It has a fully equipped Provencal-style kitchen, a dining room with an 8-person table, a living room with 2 sofas, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and two single bunk beds), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
Solar panels on the roof provide environmentally friendly air conditioning for the whole house during the hot summer months and warm water for the swimming pool and the tub when nights are getting colder.
The dining room, living room and two of the bedrooms feature bay windows overlooking the terraces and the swimming pool, so you can enjoy them as soon as you wake up.
In the evening, you can take in the stunning view of the illuminated medieval village from the comfortable garden lounge on the terrace.
The house also features an automatic gate with intercom and a barbecue made of local stone.

The heart of the medieval village is a ten-minute walk from the house, featuring quiet cobbled streets, local restaurants and bars. The village also has a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and an organic farmers’ market.
