In the middle of nature, surrounded by beech forests, this former hotel located at the top of the Col des Ares, for quiet stays, in complete serenity. Six large rooms await you in this magnificent and preserved Pyrenean setting. The building is located on a large enclosed plot. Terrace, children's playground, parking.

Our private house is located in the western part of the main house (independence). Youth party not allowed, Min. age of tenant: 30 years

The house is laid out on 3 levels. All the bedrooms have a shower, sink and private toilet. On the ground floor: large living room, relaxation area by the fire. Large kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 5 gas burners. On the first floor: billiards table (with small model for children!), Rocher room (2 twin single beds in 90cm + 2 single beds in 90cm), Conscience room with private balcony (2 twin single beds in 90cm + 1 single bed in 90cm + possibility of extra bed). On the second floor: Forest Room (2 twin single beds in 90cm), Water room (2 twin single beds in 90cm), Snow room (2 twin single beds in 90cm + 1 single bed in 90cm). All rooms are equipped with private and communicating bathrooms and toilets, Pic du Gar room (2 twin single beds in 90cm).

Possibility to rent the log chalet in addition. 100€/night for max 4 people.
