Welcome to our spacious & bright 60 m² apartment for 4 people, classified 2 *, ideally located in the heart of Penon, seaside resort and central beach of Seignosse Océan. Carefully decorated, it is the perfect place to spend relaxing and friendly moments by the ocean. From the terrace, overlooking Place Gentille, you will see in the distance, on your left, the ocean...

Our apartment has:

- a living room consisting of a TV lounge area with an ultra comfortable leather sofa and a dining area with a dining table for 4. The floor was recently redone. Air conditioner.
- a separate and newly equipped kitchen: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2-burner induction hob, electric oven, hood, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine , tea towel/hand towel provided.
- a terrace sheltered from the sun with a wooden dining table for 4. Not overlooked.
- a bedroom with queen size bed, sheets provided, cupboard/wardrobe, travel cot, iron
- a bedroom with two single beds, sheets provided, cupboard/wardrobe, vacuum cleaner
- a bathroom with double sinks, new shower doors, towels and shower mats provided, drying rack
- separate WC
- a shared bike room

We do not charge cleaning fees. And we provide bed linen (beds made), kitchen linen (tea towel and hand towel) and bathroom linen (1 towel per person). In return, we ask that the apartment be returned in a good state of cleanliness. We are counting on you !

Arrival and departure on Sundays in July and August for a peaceful arrival in our beautiful region. You will be welcomed by Catherine from the Conciergerie de l'Etang Blanc who will be available throughout your stay if necessary.
Outside of the summer period, flexible arrival and departure times, don't hesitate to ask.

Ideally located, the apartment overlooks Le Penon and its shopping center. You will only have to take two steps to find Carrefour express, delicatessen, baker, restaurants, pharmacy, medical office and various shops. Le Penon is also its beach, family par excellence, because it is directly accessible from the Residence. On site, you will find surf schools, a bar/restaurant, the first aid station, toilets, showers and lockers. It is the locals' favorite spot to see the sunset and enjoy a superb walk on the dune.
