Recently renovated villa in a quiet area , a few minutes from the beach.

The villa is situated in a dead end street in a quiet neighbourhood with enough parking possibilities. It is surrounded by a lovely garden with many different palm trees. The swimming pool (4m. by 10 m. – heating as an option) is situated down the villa and is surrounded by a terrace with 10 deck chairs and an outside shower. If you wish, a petanque court is waiting for you and your friends.
At the south side of the villa on the ground floor there is a large terrace with a table for 14 persons under a pergola. Inside you will find a living room and an open and fully equipped kitchen as well as two bedrooms (each with beds 2x90/200), two bathrooms and two toilets. At the upper floor (you reach this floor by external stairs situated at the south of the villa) you will find 4 bedrooms (three rooms with beds 2x90/200 and one room with a double bed 160/200) of which two rooms have sea view, a living room (equipped with microwave, nespresso machine and kettle in the built-in cabinet), two bathrooms, two toilets and a terrace with sea view.
The bedrooms and both livings are equipped with airconditioning.
The Garonnette Beach is located at 1.5km, and the Les Issambres port is at 2km. If you want to go to Saint Tropez or the port of Grimaud we recommend taking the ferry “Les Bateaux Verts” at the port of Les Issambres, 4- minute by car. You can also practice several water sports there.
You can rent sheets and towels at €35 per person.
Outside the summer period, we strongly recommend limiting the number of tenants to 8 people to ensure your comfort in case of colder weather.
