This entire home has been recently remodeled and is the ideal place to spend time escaping the hustle of city life. All beds have new memory foam mattresses, so that you can get the rest you need at night and be ready for the next day. The retro kitchen has been kept as close to how it was when I used to visit grandma as a child. The vintage appliances still work, and add to the nostalgia. All furniture is updated, and high speed wifi is available along with a smart TV.

Wonderful place!

My son, brother, and I stayed in this beautiful little home in "downtown" Richfield! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint; the home was beautiful and clean! Plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here, again.

Nice little place.

We stayed in Richfield to watch a volleyball tournament. The place was much better than a hotel for almost the same price. We stayed 3 nights and would do it again. The place is an older home, but is well kept, and the additional space was great.

Nice stay

The house is in a great location, has a nice yard, and has very comfortable beds and nice pillows. We had a great stay. Two things to note: the owner expects the guest to do a bit of the cleaning before check out. And the two bedrooms upstairs are connected by only a door and the room with the 3 twin beds doesn't have a door to the landing. It wasnt a big deal for us, it worked out great. But it's worth noting.

Okay for the price

The home was not cleaned when we arrived. The property manager was quick at cleaning the home after contacting her. I would not stay here again based off of the cleanliness. This house needs a deep clean. Overall it was just okay for the price.

Short family getaway

My brother's family and my own stayed here as a weekend getaway to visit my sister who is a resident. The unit was very neat and well stocked with the necessities. The yard was a huge bonus for the younger ones in our group. My only complaint would be the proximity of the neighboring homes and how loud the neighbors could get at night.

Quick trip

Nice clean property. Easy access from freeway. Comfortable. Left my iPad by accident and my brother was able to go over and talk to the manager and found it which I appreciate!

Very Spacious and In Center of Town

Very retro inside which was entertaining. The place is spacious and well maintained. It was large enough for 6 to 8 people. The appliances were retro which was cool.

Perfect little place

We were in Richfield for state basketball. We loved being able to have a house to stay in as opposed to staying in a hotel room. There was plenty of space for the people that were with us to spread out.

Check in and check out was hassle free. Their check out book had excellent instructions. The decor was nice, the house has been updated and feels very homey.

We absolutely loved staying in your home. better than we expected.

Very roomy, clean and well appointed. Nice job updating. Property manager lives next door if you really need anything. Includes a large backyard with games that can be used outdoors and a grill and picnic tables The lightening in the kitchen is problematic but other than that everything was better than we expected. Also, was surprised that we needed to strip the beds and do a light clean before we left. I thought we paid a cleaning fee. If we ever make it to Richfield again we would love to stay in this property again.

Not quite what I expected

Cons: the lockbox was difficult to open and more difficult to close. I have a lot of young kids so things that might not be an issue with adults were a little frustrating, like the doors not fitting well and sticking. The door knobs were old and difficult to use. The vintage fridge, while cute, was too small to hold all the food I brought and the freezer was entirely frozen over. I didn't realize until the next day that there was a working, bigger fridge in the garage but I don't know if that was for our use. Also, with little ones, the stairs were very steep and narrow in places and the light at the bottom was out. Pros: on the upside, it was a very quiet neighborhood, had a nice backyard, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Clean up was easy and the owners were prompt in replying and very kind. They also had some toys and books that the kids enjoyed.

Great

Our family had a truly great time here at this property. It’s located on a nice quiet street. Getting in to the house was very smooth. The inside decor is very nice. Furniture is comfy and modern looking. Carpeting in the bedrooms and staircase is very soft, cushioned and clean. Bathroom is very well stocked with towels and extra toilet paper- oh and clean too. Upstairs bedrooms are very cute. Pillows are comfy. We were here in the summer- they have a great A/C system. Very potent. We were stopping over on our way back to LA from Colorado. So we were here for a total of two nights. Would absolutely recommend- it was just right.
