Very nice property. The flat we stayed in was comfortable and well equipped. The garden and pool are amazing and although there are 3 flats in the property we rarely saw the other guests and often had the pool to ourselves. It is little bit outside Cagnes-sur-Mer meaning no amenities within walking distance but it’s only a short drive away. Bruno, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful. Would happily return.

Tolle Unterkunft mit Charme in schöner Natur

In etwas versteckter Lage befindet sich die Villa mit ganz tollem Garten und klasse Pool. In der Villa befinden sich 3 Wohneinheiten, wir hatten die größte davon im 1. Stock. Bruno, der Eigentümer wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und war immer ansprechbar und ein toller Gastgeber. Die Anfahrt zur Villa erfolgt über einen schmalen Kiesweg, etwa 5 Autominuten entfernt von Cagnes-sur-Mer.Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist rustikal, es ist aber alles, was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist traumhaft und man kann die totale Ruhe dort genießen.Bruno hat uns mit sehr guten Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Lovely apartment

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation home! The apartment was cozy, comfortable, calm and equipped with everything we needed. Bruno, our host, was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with good tips for exploring the local area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway on the Cote d'Azur!

Great location for day trips

We stayed for 5 nights as we were traveling to other towns and beaches each day. Perfect for that or hanging by the pool. Very comfortable and Bruno was great and very helpful. Can't beat the price and his suggestions for sights and where to eat were spot on. We would stay there again.

Unser Urlaub in Cagnes-sur-mer

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit fantastischem Pool und sehr hilfsbereitem Gastgeber. Lage etwas außerhalb im Grünen, Auto erforderlich, fußläufig ist Haut de Cagnes zu erreichen. Küche gut ausgestattet, Grill wegen Brandschutz nur eingeschränkt nutzbar, Elektrogrill wäre wünschenswert.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa for one week while exploring the southern French Riviera. Bruno was very helpful and friendly, and has curated a space that is quiet, relaxing, and safe. Everything you need for rest and relaxation. Definitely secure a rental car while staying here. It was very nice to be nestled in the hillside setting of Cagnes Sul Mer. A lovely experience.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit netten Gastgebern

In einem Wald oberhalb von Cagnes-sur-mer gelegene kleine Anlage mit 3 Wohneinheiten und dem Haus der Vermieter mit einem schönen großen Pool und sogar einer Boulfläche umgeben von Oleander und Obstbäumen. Durch die Lage im Wald war es nachts angenehm kühl. Unser Apartement hatte eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, nur die Matratze des Hauptbettes müsste einmal wieder erneuert werden. Der Gastgeber Bruno ist überaus freundlich und gibt den Gästen viele Tipps für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung, die eine Menge zu bieten hat (Nizza, Canne, Monaco, schöne Bergdörfer, Kunst, Kultur). Vielen Dank Bruno für alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! LG, Sandra, Fabian und Kinder🍀

Eine Insel der Ruhe

Das Anwesen des aufmerksamen Gastgebers Bruno ist sehr ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Wald. Als Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen nach Nizza, Antibes etc. an der Küste oder in die Dörfer in den Hügeln sehr geeignet. Den ausgedehnten Aussenbereich mit Pool konnten wir wetterbedingt leider nicht wirklich nutzen.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Paare, die Ruhe suchen - aber auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Antibes, Cannes und co. Der Pool ist traumhaft, alles sehr gepflegt & sauber. Bruno ist super nett und versorgt einen mit allen nötigen Infos & Empfehlungen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub und empfehlen es weiter!

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung mit übergroßem Pool

Bruno hat eine Wohlfühloase in Cagnes Sur Mer geschaffen. Ruhig gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Die Einbauküche ist neu und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt in der schönen villa sehr genossen. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig hier und man findet immer ein schönes plätzchen zum entspannen, ob im schönen grossen Pool, in der poollounge oder auf der Terrasse unter Dach. Das vermieterpaar ist sehr, sehr nett

Gorgeous and blissful stay

We stayed in the Hazelnut apartment. The area is gorgeous, a blissful quiet garden where it is fine to laze by the lovely pool. Bruno, the owner, is really very helpful and has a lot of tips for doing very nice trips in the area, such as Eze, Villefranche sur mer, Antibes, Haut Cagnes,... He is always trying to do all he can to enrich his guests. We used the available bikes to make a tour to Nice, which was very pleasant. You can easily enjoy two lives, a quiet in the garden and a bustling nearby. We can definitely recommend it for people who want quititude and tranquility on their vacation!

Hidden Gem , Peaceful and comfortable

The Cherry studio was exactly as described ,all furnishings etc in good condition ,clean and comfortable and benefited from air con and Wi-Fi . A spacious garden surrounds the pool, ( which is the jewel in the crown ) which is really clean ( salt water ) and looked after unlike some , ideal for cooling down after a days sightseeing ,or just lazing by and catching the sun Bruno and David could not have been more helpful or welcoming gave some good advice on the area nothing was to much bother and always on hand if needed .I would have no hesitation recommending the property to those looking for a bit of tranquillity but still being close to town with easy transport to the Cote d Azure,s attractions ( Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco , Menton all easily reached by train ) . I would recommend a car as the property is about 3k out of town but a small price to pay for the peace . Vence and St Paul de Vence close by are worth a visit, as is Haute de Cagne,s where La Village is excellent for a meal and also reasonably priced . All in all a great place for a relaxing holiday though Im sure kids would love it too !! Thanks again guys bon chance Alan & Doreen

Eine Oase der Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir waren im Juni 2015 in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen zu Gast. Es liegt nur gut 2 km vom Zentrum von Cagnes-sur Mer entfernt und doch absolut ruhig und mitten im Grünen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Strände, Städte und Dörfer an der Küste, aber auch die Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Landesinneren zu besuchen. Schon der Mail-Kontakt mit Bruno, dem Vermieter, vor unserer Anreise war sehr freundlich, und diese Freundlichkeit bestätigte sich bei unserer Ankunft und während des gesamten Aufenthalts. Das Studio, der Pool und der große Garten ließen keine Wünsche offen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhafter Ort zum Entspannen

Lieber Bruno, lieber David, vielen Dank für die schöne Woche bei euch in der Villa. Wir hatten das Cherry Studio gebucht und habe uns dort wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem die Ruhe und den aussergewöhlich tollen Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Wenn man zu euch kommt, fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Villa und die Appartements sind ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Martina, Thomas und Robin.

Lovely appartement in nature near to everything

We have been in the orange suite with an outdoor kitchen. For people who love outdoor kitchens (like we do) it is the perfect and best appartement. It is located with direct view to the swimming pool. Next to the pool there is an poolhouse - where the kitchen is located. We enjoyed our breakfast and our dinner outside with a glas whine or pastis (drink only when having dinner). It was really fantastic! The pool is without chloryd, which is really great. The house has the perfect location for having daytrips to Menton, Monaco, Eze, Cannes, Antibe, St. Paul de Vence, Grasse and so on. Bruno has also a lot of tips and is doing the best for his guests, having a perfect time. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely recomand it!

Sofort wieder!

Ich war im Juli mit meinem Sohn (10) bei Bruno. Gefunden habe ich dieses wunderschöne Appartement durch Zufall und aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und kann diese nur bestätigen. Es ist toll, wenn man in den Urlaub kommt und der Ort noch schöner ist als die Bilder die man vorher gesehen hat. Ich habe mir alle Appartements einmal angesehen. Sie sind alle wunderschön, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Garten und Pool sind ein Traum und wunderbar ruhig obwohl es nicht weit nach Cagnes/mer oder an den Strand ist. Bouleplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder, Grill und Hängematte sind vorhanden. Bruno liegt ein schöner Urlaub seiner Gäste sehr am Herzen, er gibt immer Tipps zu aktuellen Veranstaltungen, möglichen Ausflügen oder netten Restaurants. Ich war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort! I’ve been to Bruno’s place in Juli with my son (10). I found this wonderful appartement by chance and chose it on the basis of the good reviews of other guests. I can only confirm these. It’s wonderful to arrive on holiday and find out that the place is even nicer than the pictures shown before. I have regarded all the appartements. They are all pretty, clean and neatly furnished. Garden and pool are beautiful and it's very quiet although it is not far to Cagnes/mer oder to the beaches. Bruno has a place to play boule, table tennis, hammocks, bicycles and a barbeque. It is important for Bruno that his guests pass a nice vacation so he’s always there to recommend sites, restaurants or events. I haven’t been there for the last time! Et encore une fois ! Au mois de juillet j’ai passée un merveilleux séjour chez Bruno, avec mon ainé. Par hazard j’ai trouvé ce très bel apartement dans l’internet et je ne peux que confirmer tous les bons evaluations. Ca fait vraiment du plaisir si on arrive et on peut constater que la realité est encore plus belle que les photos. J’ai visitée tout les apartements, ils sont tous soignés et trés bien equippés. On ne peut que rever d’un tel jardin et d’un tel pool. Il y est absolument calme bien que ca prend que quelques minutes jusqu’a Cagnes-sur-mer ou vers les plages. Boule, ping-pong, vélos, barbecue et hamac sont disponible. Bruno s’occupe aussi du bien-être de ses convives, il a tous les informations importantes en ce qui concerne restaurants, marchés, fêtes etc. C’est sur: je n’étais pas la la dernière fois.
