The most spacious of all our properties, the Gran Bahama villas offer more than 1,700 square feet of living area, perfect for larger families looking for accommodation near the Magic Kingdom. This villa boasts a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, along with a queen-sized bed in the first guest bedroom and two twin beds in the second guest bedroom. There is also a queen-sized sofabed in the living area. Each unit includes a highchair and portable play yard, for families traveling with infants. The Gran Bahama villas also feature two full bathrooms - with the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate tub and shower. With a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit laundry room, the Gran Bahama Villa has all the conveniences of home combined with all the amenities of a resort. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
