Originally from Jard sur Mer, I have always spent my holidays there, surrounded by my family.
We have furnished our house with care and like to spend time there whatever the season. What we particularly like is that it is spacious.
The living room is very bright, it is composed of a kitchen open to a large living room. Large bay windows open onto the garden and the swimming pool.
Each room has its own shower, which makes it pleasant to share with several families.
A bedroom with 2 bunk beds is specially designed for children.
The garden is enclosed, it consists of wooden terraces and a part that we have deliberately kept in sand.
The proximity to the beach, less than 300 m, makes it very attractive. The port and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away and the shops are 10 minutes away. In short, the house is ideally located and in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
On a practical level, cleaning and sheets are included in the rental. A concierge service takes care of your reception on site.
The house is classified 4* furnished for tourism by an independent organime.
