It is located in Bormes-les-Mimosas, on the French Riviera in the exceptional setting of the private domain of Gaou Bénat, which has a beach restaurant, two private beaches, tennis courts, a grocery store, a sailing club and 19 km of pedestrian paths along the properties and their terraced Mediterranean gardens. The villa, with a flat green roof, was completely renovated in 2020. It is located at the top of the estate (15 minutes walk from the beach), thus enjoying a spectacular view of the bay of Lavandou and the Golden Islands in the background and great tranquility. It is composed of two buildings: a main building with living room kitchen (food processor, wine cellar and plancha on terrace) + 3 bedrooms and their bathrooms and an annex building with bedroom n°4 (25 m2) and its bathroom which can be rented in addition to accommodate a total of 8 people. The rate indicated for July/August is for 8 people. All rooms open onto the outside via large bay windows.
The swimming pool is located below the garden and has a superb view of the French Riviera. The Mediterranean garden is made up of strawberry trees, mimosas, plumbagos, pittosporums, holm oaks, pines, agaves, cysts.
