Agence Cocoonr offers you this beautiful Breton farmhouse steeped in history, located near the center of Pléneuf Val André and just 1.5 km from the beach at Les Vallées. It can accommodate up to 15 people. The enclosed south-facing garden and private courtyard are equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house comprises a vast living-dining room, adjoining the lounge and kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a games room.

The house is divided into two parts, linked by the large main entrance.

Main wing
Ground floor
- A vast living-dining room, with a beautiful family dining table seating 8.
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle... The kitchen features a small breakfast table.
