This lovely apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern, secure, and quiet residence on Chaussée du Sillon, accommodating up to 3 guests.
Just a few steps from Sillon Beach, leave your car in the private underground parking and enjoy exploring everything on foot.
Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linens are provided (sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths). Your bed will be prepared for your arrival.

It comprises :
- a beautiful living room with open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, etc.
- living room with sofa-bed (the comfort of the sofa-bed is not optimal for adults, rather recommended for a small child), TV, DVD, audio system.- bedroom with double bed (140x200)
- bathroom with shower and heated towel rail
- separate toilet

A terrace for outdoor dining. The underground car park is secure and private. There is also a shared bike room.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Thanks to its location, you can take advantage of the huge beach at the foot of the flat and go for walks, rollerblade rides or bike rides along the sea wall.

For the water sports of your choice, the surf school is just 800m away.
In fine weather, the sunsets behind the national fort will be yours to take your best photos.

Good apartment

Very nice apartment in a quiet area. Good shops and restaurants close by and also only a 15 minute stroll to the walled town. Private parking excellent and all contents needed for a comfortable stay were provided. Will consider rebooking for my next visit to St Malo.

The location was outstanding. Just across the street from the beach and close to the old town. It is also very cute, but the furniture is all IKEA level. Not very sturdy. And while everything looked clean, the bathroom reeked of urine. However, I accidentally booked our stay one night too short and the management company was exceptionally helpful and allowed us to stay an additional night.

This very pleasant ground floor apartment just behind the sea front was ideally situated for both the stunningly beautiful beach and for the 10 minute walk along the promenade to the centre of St Malo (Intra Muros). The stylish apartment was very clean and the bed comfortable.

L'Echo des Vagues Wundervoller Urlaub in Saint-Malo. Anreise war super flexibel auch wenn wir 2 Stunden zu früh waren. In 3min ist schräg gegenüber ein tolles Restaurant mit Meerblick. Intra-Morus ist in 15min zu Fuß am Strand erreichbar. Viele kleine Buchten sind einfach mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Tiefgarage ist eng, aber insgesamt ideal mit Aufzug direkt bis ins Haus.

L'Echo des Vagues Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement, son emplacement, la décoration, la résidence très propre et sécurisée. Nous avons aussi eu du matériel bébé à disposition et avons pu accéder au logement avant l'heure prévue. Le seul bémol est sur le matelas du canapé lit qui était inconfortable (on sent la structure en dessous) et le matelas du lit bébé qui était assez dur.
