The Andros is our spacious, 2-bedroom villa boasting nearly 1,400 square feet of livable space and amazing architectural details like vaulted ceilings throughout. There are calm, blue hues all through the space creating a serene environment, and laminate flooring and new furniture add a fresh element to your retreat.
Enjoy pristine and comfortable sleeping spaces including a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bunk room with two twin beds, perfectly themed for younger children. A sofa in the living room opens into a queen-sized bed for more room. The Andros has a crib, a highchair, and two full bathrooms - the primary bath has dual sinks, separate showers, and a tub.
This villa also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen gleaming with all major appliances and includes crockery, cookware, utensils, and glassware so you can stay in and have family meals in the charming dining area. Enjoy coffee, drinks, and the views from one of your two screened patios with comfortable furnishings, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. Or, stretch out in the spacious living area with natural art and decor and enjoy cable TV while washing clothes in the in-unit laundry room. The Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, game room, fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sand beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin' Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.
The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, among others.
The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.

Outdoor parking is available at no charge.
Motorcycles are permitted but may not remain on a trailer.
Trailers of any kind, RVs, and jet skis are not allowed. Commercial or logo-marked vehicles are also prohibited unless they are actively providing service or making a delivery.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
