1/A 120 m² main building:
Large floor-to-ceiling windows flood every room in the house with light and offer unobstructed views of the garden and the Luberon. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction cooktop, full-size refrigerator, coffee makers, food processor, toaster, kettle, etc.). Adjacent to this is the spacious (50 m²) and bright living/dining room. A hallway leads to the sleeping area;
The first bedroom features a double bed (180 cm) with an en suite bathroom and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm, which can be pushed together), a shower room, and a separate toilet located across from the bedroom.
There is also one full bathroom with a toilet.
The study features a sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board/iron
2/ A charming, detached stone outbuilding serves as the third bedroom, complete with a shower room and toilet.
Vehicles will be parked at the back of the house in the designated area.

Electricity consumption of 230 KWH is included in the weekly rate.
The meter will be read upon arrival and departure.
Any additional consumption will be billed according to current EDF rates.
