The SUNSHINE villa, located in the most popular district of Anglet is a true haven of peace. Its contemporary decoration, its heated swimming pool*, its jacuzzi, its luxuriant garden and its top-of-the-range services make it a unique place for your vacation.



THE LIVING SPACE

This architecture home offers magnificent spaces including an open kitchen, a dining room and a living room, totally open to the outside via a large totally collapsible sliding door.

A large open kitchen is at your disposal with all the necessary equipment as well as a back kitchen with a second large double door refrigerator with icemaker. A long wooden dining table will allow you to gather together to share your meals.

On the relaxing side, a TV corner with Netflix is at your disposal while the more active among you will enjoy the table soccer and ping-pong table. You will be able to store your surfboards on the rack provided for this purpose.

You will enjoy beautiful sunny afternoons by the heated swimming pool or the Jacuzzi in a 900m² private garden.



THE BEDROOMS

A first "studio" room with double bed, walk-in shower, toilet, cupboards and kitchenette is located on the first floor.

Upstairs, you will find the 4 other bedrooms: a master suite with a kingsize bed, a large dressing room, walk-in shower and a toilet; a bedroom with a queensize bed, a shower and a basin, and two other bedrooms with queensize beds.

These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bathtub.



THE " PLUS "

Relax in the Jacuzzi or the heated pool after your round of golf or after a day at the beach.

PARKING

You will be able to park 2 vehicles under the carport of the property and 2 other vehicles in the driveway leading to the villa. Free parking spaces are also available on the street.



NEARBY

The villa is located in the very fashionable Chiberta district between golf courses, forest and beaches. You will be only 10 minutes walk from the Madrague beach (or 3 minutes by car), 2 minutes from the Chiberta golf course by car and 8 minutes from the Biarritz lighthouse, a real luxury.

You will be able to stroll along the Promenade Littorale which runs along the 4.5km of beach and offers many activities (skatepark, beach volleyball court, children's games...).

At aperitif time, enjoy a drink at sunset in one of the many beach huts.
