Chalet of 90 m² with mezzanine, modern and comfortable, for 6 to 7 people, located on the road to Archaz on the edge of the red 'Edelweiss' slope allowing you to leave and return on skis depending on snow conditions, or hiking. Very quiet and quiet environment. Ideal for spending holidays with family or friends in a magnificent setting. Three parking spaces in front of the chalet. Ski room in the garage with boot dryer and a heated wardrobe for clothes.
Chalet with balcony facing South/West allowing maximum sunshine. A terrace will allow you to have a barbecue facing the mountains.
On the first level, a kitchen and dining room with exceptional unobstructed views of the mountains, a living room with a convertible corner sofa for one person, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom and separate toilets.
On the mezzanine level open to the kitchen-dining room, a special area will welcome children with a small play area and two 90 cm beds, a separate bedroom with 140 cm bed and a shower room with toilet.
Free baby equipment (cot, high chair, potty, bouncer and stroller).
TV in the living room and free WIFI by ORANGE box.
The chalet is 1.4 kms from the centre of Valloire, the ski lifts and the ski schools. Free shuttle every 30 minutes at 100 metres during school holidays and then 40 minutes outside periods.
South terrace overlooking the path - Garden table - barbecue - Deckchairs.
Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
A security deposit of €150.00 for undone cleaning will be paid upon entry to the premises.
A security deposit for damage or deterioration of €800.00 will also be paid at the entrance to the premises.
For ski equipment rental, we offer a 20% discount with two partners of the resort.
Our pet friends are not allowed.
Only during the French school holidays of Christmas/New Year's Day and February, bed linen is included (beds made on arrival).
Outside these periods, we offer these services in addition:
Towel kit: 5 euros per person per week,
Bed linen single 10 euros per week,
Double bed linen 14 euros per week.
No electric charging for vehicles.
Respect for the neighborhood is mandatory, parties are prohibited.
