Renovated in 2020, this apartment is the little brother of the 108 that many have been appreciating for several years. Fantastic sea view, free WIFI, materials and warm décor, it offers a comfortable service and quality equipment to feel "at home!".
In the heart of the "Grand site des 2 caps", Wimereux, a small charming seaside resort on the Opal Coast, seduced us with its sea, its large sandy beaches, its seawall, its pretty colourful villas and its "retro" atmosphere. All year round, it remains lively with its many shops and restaurants for all budgets.
It is the ideal destination for a family holiday.
Located on the Wimereux seawall, the apartment has a surface area of 50 m² with sea view from the living room and the master bedroom. Completely renovated in February 2016, it is rented for a maximum of 5 people. It is very well equipped: free WIFI, USB sockets for each bed, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen "like at home" to prepare good little dishes. We provide if you wish a folding cot and a high chair. The sea view apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator of an emblematic nineteenth century building of the resort ("Le Grand Hôtel"). The common areas were completely redone in April 2022. It is ideally located on the Wimereux: immediate beach access, access to the city center with all shops a few minutes walk away. The resort has many restaurants, including a gastronomic one.
Here, hiking is king. The preserved landscapes of the "Grand site des 2 caps" unfold along the paths that run along the seaside. The assurance of long walks with family or friends that will leave you with beautiful memories!
Wimereux is a paradise for sports enthusiasts: dinghy sailing, Kate-surfing, windsurfing, trail running, horse riding, golf, mountain biking, road cycling...
Culture is not to be outdone in Wimereux. Visit the old Boulogne and its castle 15 minutes away, the "Nausicaa" aquarium 10 minutes away, Saint Omer with its Gothic cathedral (tourisme-saintomer.com) and its marshes classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site (www.maison-du-marais.fr) 50 minutes away, the historic center of the Coupole in Helfaut (50 minutes) ...

At the gates of Belgium and England, easily accessible by car (A26 motorway and Channel Tunnel), by train (a few hundred meters from the city center), by boat via the port of Calais, everything is then accessible on foot from the apartment!
We have put all our heart into equipping and decorating the apartment you are going to rent. Respecting the premises is essential for us. Renting is first and foremost a relationship of mutual trust before a relationship of money! Calm in the building is essential.

Not included: Cleaning (40 euros) and Bed linen + towels (10 euros set 1 person / 20 euros set 2 people - the management of linen and cleaning is independent of the rental company)
