A 75-square-meter stone house, renovated in 2020, ideal for family vacations or weekend getaways. <br>Close to the ocean: a 10-minute walk from Saint Laurent Beach, a 5-minute drive from Martin Plage, and a 10-minute drive from Les Rosaires Beach. <br>Hiking trails are also nearby.<br>It’s also very easy to reach various points of interest in the region: Bréhat Island, the Pink Granite Coast, Dinan, and Cap Fréhel (45 minutes away), as well as Rennes and Saint-Malo (1 hour away).<br><br>Shops are within walking distance (bakery, mini-market, and tobacco/newsstand), and a shopping center is a 5-minute drive away.<br><br>Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchenette, living room, and bathroom with toilet.<br>The house features: TV, internet access / Wi-Fi, and a stereo system with CD/Bluetooth<br>. The kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, and 2 coffee makers (filter and Dolce Gusto).<br>First floor: 1 bedroom with a 160-size bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90-size beds, and a restroom.<br><br>The outbuilding contains a washing machine and can be used to store your bicycles. <br>To enjoy the terrace, garden furniture (table, chairs, umbrella) and a barbecue are provided. <br>One vehicle can be parked in the courtyard. <br><br>No pets allowed<br>Minimum 2-night stay<br>Optional cleaning fee: 50 €<br>Optional linens, towels, and dish towels: 30€ for the entire property (Do not take them to the beach)<br>Optional items are to be paid for upon key pickup.
