House in the Heart of Port-Joinville—The Alleyways District—Ile d'Yeu

Traditional house of the island, perfectly maintained (classified as furnished tourist accommodation 2 stars), particularly bright, located in Port-Joinville, less than 10 minutes walk from the pier and shops, in the residential street of the Champ de Foire, with a second entrance overlooking the alley of the Chartreuse.
It is composed, on the first floor, of an entrance on the street side, a living room opening onto a dining room, a fitted kitchen refurbished in April 2025, a small shower room and separate toilets as well as a covered patio (facing south with large bay windows overlooking the sky and the alleyway).
Upstairs, sea view from the office landing and one of the two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 (sea view): 90 cm wide twin beds (on request, it can be configured into a 180 cm wide double bed).
Bedroom 2 (village view): a 140 cm wide double bed.
This house, well exposed, without vis-à-vis, is pleasant in all seasons. In winter, the proximity of the shops will make your stay pleasant. In summer, you will enjoy the nearby beaches, the market and the lively life of the port (cafes, restaurants...) The alleyway, very quiet during the day, becomes private in the evening (as it is closed at its ends by two doors).
You can hang your bikes on the rings provided for this purpose on the street side façade (padlock provided). Bike rental nearby.
Equipment: washing machine and dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, push coffee maker... And hairdryer.
