Enjoy this newly redone 1 bedroom apartment with private entry, fenced in backyard and gas grill. Free parking and laundry. A/C available. This is a great space for a quick visit or along term stay. Owner lives next door if anything else is needed.

Great place to stay in Milwaukee. Location is very close to the waterfront, downtown, river access, and lots of shops and places to see. The apartment is very nice and well appointed.

Bill was so easy to work with and so accommodating. We added a few days to our stay and the price per night went up. I asked Bill about it and he corrected it right away. Then at the last minute, our arrangements changed again because of my father-in-laws failing health. We need to move people around and my brother-in-law needed to stay at Bill’s place, instead of my husband and me. Bill completely understood and worked with us without a problem. It was nice to have one less thing to worry about during a time when there was a lot on everyone’s shoulders. My brother-in-law enjoyed his stay there. It was a great location, not too far from the lake, where my in-laws’ retirement home is located. He said the place was clean and comfortable and he had everything he needed. He told me he would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable one bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen very well stocked, with Kerig coffee maker and coffee. Close to lakefront and downtown. Off street parking, with owner available next door for issues.

We had a very nice time. The location and the parking space were great. We were close enough to everything to swing by for whatever we needed. Bill was close enough to help with anything.

Our Home Away From Home

This is our go to place to stay when we are in town to see family. Place is clean and well stocked with essentials for easy meals. The location is convenient to get anywhere in the city and the off street parking is a plus!

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was as described. Very comfortable in a nice neighborhood.

Love the on on site parking, was a huge benefit. The owner was very acommodating and available. Property is clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again.

Holiday visit to Milwaukee

Great location and apartment, furnished with all the amenities you'll need to make your stay easy! Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, and Bill is very accessible if needed. Location is central to so many things in Milwaukee, and we'll definitely look to stay here again when we return.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this Milwaukee property. The owner lives next door and was very nice. It was very clean, kitchen well equipped, bed and bath linens great, location was perfect with family members living close.. We plan to stay there again.

Great long weekend in Milwaukee!

My wife and I had a great long weekend in Milwaukee visiting family. Modest but clean apartment with almost everything you'd need. Relatively quiet neighborhood, but walkable to nearby food/drinks.

Great Location

Great location for quick access to anything you want to do in Milwaukee. This apartment was clean and stocked. Private parking was a plus, but street parking would have been easy if needed. Would rent again.

Great location and host

The place was very comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was the perfect stay for my first visit to Milwaukee…a quick walk to the lake, Brady Street restaurants and nightlife, and easy access to highways. Bill was great at communicating and making sure everything was going well. Highly recommend!

Decent apartment in quiet residential neighborhood but close to active downtown, Lake Michigan and connecting highways. Appreciated the comfy backyard, off street parking and congenial owner/neighbor.
