The apartment has been newly decorated and is fully air-conditioned.The apartment is completely non-smoking.The accommodationThis completely renovated apartment on the rooftops is very bright and offers a full view of the city.The accommodation is equipped with a modern kitchen that will allow you to cook products from the market located just below the building.The bathroom is en suite and functional. Adjoining it is the bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and air conditioning.Other remarksThe building is not equipped with an elevator, however the large stairwell facilitates access to the apartments.The nearest parking is the Bellegarde parking lot 7 minutes walk away, the rate is 20€ for 24 hours.For very long stays we recommend the Lieutenant-Colonel Jean Pierre or Krypton park and ride with a subscription rate of 28€/month.Other remarksapartment on the 3rd floor with a staircase to enter the apartment.possibility of long-term rental with specific conditions.All services can be optional.Registration number13001001709C3

Ideal room

The room’s location is very nice and quiet. There are marche, supermarket and restaurants in few minutes, so it’s very convenient. The room was good size and everything is there. Stephane was very kind and if you get some problem, he would solve it quickly.
