Halfway between the beauty and the frenzy of the centre of Marrakech and the quietness of a douar, of a Moroccan village on the road to Fes after the Palmeraie.
The villa is surrounded by greenery allowing you to be quiet but still be surrounded by neighbours along the way so you don't feel isolated.
Our traditional villa, the "Villa Bel'Vie", entirely renovated recently and having kept its Riad spirit, is only 25 minutes from the medina, on the road to the palm grove, to Fez, to the Atlas.
We propose you to live exceptional and soothing holidays: our villa is not overlooked, air-conditioned in all the rooms, composed of 4 vast rooms with each one its own bathroom and its toilet, a heated pool with a pump that also allows you to cool it down if you want to and so you can always choose the temperature you want (this swimming pool is equipped with an alarm in the event of a child falling that you can activate at your convenience ), living room, dining room, kitchen, of a covered terrace around the swimming pool that is to say 280 m2 livable and 480m2 all included.
Our employee will be there to prepare your breakfasts (included in the price of the night) and optionally for your dinners.
You will either rent a car, or we can also offer you as an option our taxi and driver partners who will be there on demand to take you to the medina for lunch on a rooftop, to do your shopping, to go on a quad bike in the desert, to spend the day in Essaouira, to spend the day in the middle of the Atlas Mountains....and to manage your airport transfers.
Or just stay, share, relax at our place and enjoy our villa, your well being.....we have planned everything to allow you to recharge your batteries with friends or family .......

All surfaces have been disinfected (wrists, remote controls, furniture, hoovers, switches, ramps, household appliances, keys, waste bins...).
Our maintenance team is equipped with masks and gloves.
All linen and textiles are entirely washed at 60° and installed after complete disinfection of the flat: sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats...
We leave a delay between each reservation in order to ventilate the whole flat.
the handing over of the keys will be done in compliance with the barrier gestures: hand washing, wearing a mask is obligatory, minimum distance of 1 metre between us, plexi Glass Transparent glass to communicate serenely.
For your peace of mind: we will give you a tube of water-alcoholic gel and we will provide you with new but washable masks so that you can reuse them if you wish.

- We remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the Riad.

- Any broken or damaged object will be charged to the tenants and retained on your deposit.

Moroccan laws
The tenant and the occupants undertake to respect the Moroccan laws in force, in particular the laws relating to prostitution, drugs, fights with violence and damage to property.
In particular, it is reminded that any relationship between a foreigner and a Moroccan man or woman outside of marriage is forbidden by law.
Similarly, the trade and consumption of drugs are strongly repressed and punishable by prison.
In case of non-respect of these laws, the owner or his representative reserves the right to expel immediately from the villa any offender, even before the end of the stay, without compensation.
Nuisance
The tenants/owners must respect the rules of good neighbourliness, in particular in terms of noise pollution beyond normal hours. (22H00-9H00)
Energy
The owner cannot be held responsible for any irregularities or lack of use that may occur in the electricity services. It is reminded that the distribution of water and gas depends on the electrical supply. Tap water is unfit for consumption. The tenant shall ensure that the lighting, heating and air conditioning installations are used normally and reasonably.
Safety :
Parents are responsible for the safety of children in general. Swimming pool is not equipped with a protective barrier, however there is a motion detection alarm that you can activate at your convenience.

Our housekeeper MAJDA is your life facilitator.
She will be there from 9am to 2pm maximum to prepare your breakfasts, redo your rooms (if you wish), tidy the house and water the plants.
Then she will come back at 5pm to water the plants again, check if everything is fine in the house and prepare your dinner if you have ordered it beforehand.
