Railroad Springs | 3BR/3.5BA |18" of New Snow at Snowbowl

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is conveniently located just 2 miles from Downtown Flagstaff and 2 miles from NAU campus. You'll find the home well stocked and ready for your visit. Enjoy hiking on Observatory Mesa at the back of the neighborhood and easy access to the highway as you explore the Grand Canyon and all the outdoor beauty of Northern Arizona.

Your group will love that each bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom!

While there is a full bedroom and bathroom on the first floor all of the common living areas are on the 2nd floor and accessed by a full flight of stairs.

Please note that there is no street parking at this home. All vehicles must fit in the 2 car garage.

Other things to note: This home is fully furnished and stocked with essentials to get you started on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough paper products to last for the duration of your stay. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If cigarettes are found on the property or cleaners detect smoke in the home there will be an automatic $350 charge.

Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.

Bigger than it looks

Great place to stay with family. My family has four adults and we were very comfortable. 3.5 baths really help as well. Wish it was closer to downtown but otherwise would stay here again.

Pleasant townhouse

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse on the west side of Flagstaff. The house was well appointed with all the necessities for a comfortable vacation. The neighborhood seemed to be extra busy during our stay with lots of traffic and some new neighbors moving in. Otherwise road noise was minimal.

Perfect Rental

Check in/out was super easy, house was clean and well stocked and the fact that all bedrooms had their own bathroom made life much easier. The only downfall was that temperature control on all 3 levels was difficult. The main living space was comfortable but it was too warm upstairs and freezing in the lower bedroom.

Family Gathering

Our Grandson is a student at NAU his mother, older brother and grandparents met and had a wonderful time . Our Grandson lives only two miles from our townhouse. townhouse was perfect for us it was clean and well taken care of.

Comfortable and clean

My husband and son, in-laws and myself were in flag for my sons state swim competition. The town house was perfect. All the rooms have their own bathroom, the room on the first floor was perfect for the in-laws as they’d rather not have to go too many flights of stairs. The kitchen was well stocked as far as we could see (didn’t eat in much). Close to everything yet out of the way. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our trip and I've never had an easier check in or out in my 20 some years using vrbo. Great responsiveness too. Place was as listed with the exception of two full flights of stairs. One to living quarters and another to two bedrooms in 3rd floor. Location was close to forest service road so biking to flag was easy. The location on business 40 is a tad noisy closing bedroom door helped. Great ac and lots of paper products. Did I mention it was cool too!!!

First time to Flagstaff

Great location, hiked the Railroad springs trail everyday. Fully stocked, more than everything you need for a weeks stay. Really liked the set up. Comfy beds plenty of linens.

Nice condo

Great location out of the congestion, but close enough to city center. Great condo for couples, as it has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. Not an issue for us, but make sure you are ok with stairs, as this is 3 stories with the main living area on the second floor, one bedroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the third floor.

Comfortable and convenient

This three level condo is well laid out and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, and there is a half bath on the main level. It is well located - convenient to old town Flagstaff and the main roads in and out of town. We greatly enjoyed our four day stay and would have gladly stayed longer if we'd had the time.

Solid Place just outside S. FLG

Good spot. Few minor repairs to address, but good space/newer. Ideal for couples too with 1 bedroom on separate floor than the other two bedrooms. A/C always nice too as many older properties in FLG don't have it.
