The hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, reclaimed wood paneling accents, and modern furniture create a rustic and cozy space perfect for your pictures. Enjoy a view of the Yampa Valley with your morning coffee and the flood of sunshine from the skylights high above you in the vaulted ceilings as you energize for your day of adventure. Before heading out, be sure to fuel up with breakfast from the newly renovated and well-equipped kitchen and enjoy it at the breakfast bar or in the dining area while planning out your day. In the evenings, enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace or watch the sunset from the balcony to unwind before dinner. This home also recently had a brand new split air conditioning system installed (2024) to make those extra warm summer time days extra comfortable. This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
